I constantly am puffing on my ecig. I cape around 15mg nic. It would be somewhat high cost for me to by liquid from most vendors so I make my own. I know its better than smoking but I feel I need to trim it down a little.

1 week into vaping/quitting(two pack a day smoker) and my ego died on me at work, three hours and a migraine later i get off work and into a traffic jam. pulled off the freeway to buy a pack of cigarettes at chevron and i saw some no name e-cig right next to the analogs. i bought it hit it all the way home and now am 28 days in with no backsliding. if you can't get juice buy a blu or something to tide you over. don't go back to analogs

It seems lately that I'm vaping way too much. I've got Kanger Mini Protank and I vape around 2.5 ml of 18mg liquid daily with it, sometimes more. I've only got around 15ml left until I receive some more (10 days to go).
Really need to vape less, because if I run out then I gotta buy smokes or snus for some time.
Any advice how to cut down my heavy vaping habits?

This is going to blow your mind…but I'm going to take the cotrarian point of view — VAPE MORE! Yes, try to down-nic your mixes slightly to say 14-16 mg and load up some additional tanks or devices. Try to motivate yourself to keep the level by vaping more. This will satisfy the urge to hit or chain, as I do extensively, and not increase you nic level (and juice expense at the same time). I have successfully brought my average down below 8 mg using this method despite similar urges. It has allowed me to enjoy a wider choice of devices, now drippers extensively. And it takes a little bit longer but it's gotten harder after making each step down to tolerate the higher nic level. You build up a natural resistance to the hit you get from the nic. You might be surprised. Try and vape less and your urge for nic increases. Happened to me.

Just in case anyone hasn't already said it (I just skimmed the previous pages) 2.5mls would hardly be considered a 'heavy vaping habit!' Far less nicotine is absorbed from vaping than from smoking analogs, so you likely need to allow for much more as a daily intake.

Oh well cat's out of the bag. True that. We all start out lower than we needed cause we wanna quit., then adjust. The question is where do you go from there. Start to do a little DIY and down-nic slowly. The results are possibly, I believe likely to be, far more permanent.

Seriously though, treat your juice and parts like you did cigarettes. I always had enough cigarettes (juice) and I always had a spare lighter (Tanks and batteries). Best to keep at least 2 battery and tank setups and your already realizing the juice problem. I never ran into this because I am always buying juices to try out. If I run out of my favorites I can resort to the others that were just ok.

There is absolutely no sense in using all of your E-Liquid and then spending moneu on a pack of cigarette when you could just buy juice to fill up your tank. Stick to vaping seriously. You need to stop when you're having a reaction to the nicotine or you're allergic to an ingredient. You, you don't need to stop just because you're using too much juice. You might need to increase the nicotine level. Right now I'm vaping on an XXXHigh blend which is 24mg or 36mg I don't remember but all I need is a few hits and dang my mouth starts watering from all the nicotine. It's honestly too much I can't comfortably vape for more than about a minute. Try upping the dose of nicotine and maybe getting a flavor that isn't so delicious. Idk man, don't smoke though. Whatever you do don't smoke, snus if you must, but no smoke.

Boy isn't that the truth. I do service work so I travel a bit. When I smoked I always tried to make sure I had enough cigs. Nothing like being out in the middle of nowhere getting ready to start a 5 hour job and noticing you only have 4 cigs. Talk about panic city.
When I started vaping I had one ego twist battery. It would only last about 5 hours so I was constantly charging it. Didn't take long to buy another one. And I always bring about 4-5 tanks with me with different flavors. I've since stepped up to the MVP because that battery is a beast. Recently got a Magneto mod but mainly use it for dripping so it stays home. But even when I'm out and about I still carry the twist with me. Fit's into the shirt pocket nice and discreet and always nice as a backup if the MVP does happen to need a charge.
A pair of these with a kick have become my carry of choice for runnin' around with an eVod, Mini or M/T3S ridin' on 'em. Hours of carefree reliability. And they don't tend to flood with enough power behind 'em which the consistent watt setting on the kick does (even when you chain). Very portable and unobtrusive. Gotta seriously watch sitting' on 'em. I've wishboned a few already.

OK, I'm going to go a different direction with this. For me it's not the nicotine it's more of an oral addiction, I like the taste, the feel of the hit, etc. I started with 18mg nic but it was way to high for how much I vaped and I'm a chain vaper. I cut down to a lower level and that helped as I don't have the craving for nic but the hit and flavor. Once I realized this I dropped my nic even lower, now down to 6mg or 0 but still get the same flavor and hit also you can get juices for much lower prices. I buy in bulk usually 8oz or 16 oz sometimes a liter which I can get a low prices. Check out e-liq.com you can get 1/2 liter (16oz) starting at around $10 and depending on the flavor and nic levels goes up for there. You can also get unflavored or nic unflavored to cut your juices with. Some of their flavors are too strong for me so I like to have some unflavored incase I need to cut the flavor down a bit. They also carry sample sales in 6 or 8 packs in the specials for about a buck a piece $6.99-$8.99 depending what the special is for the week. I've saved tons of cash going with the larger sizes. I smoked camel lights for years and theirs goes for about $24 a liter at 6mg and a 50/50 blend. Something you might want to look into. Btw, I'm still on my first liter after 2 months, granted I have several different flavors but I keep 1 tank and mod just for it.
