You're the only one who can accurately judge whether or not you're vaping too much.

If you're doing so, you'll feel lightheaded, get headaches, feel groggy, etc. You'll most definitely know if you're using too much, everyone's nicotine dependence varies and so you're the best one to determine how much you need.

I go through about 4-6ml a day for a chill day, but I also vape in small regulated sessions (unless I'm using a 3mg and then I can do up to 10ml or so a day). However if I'm at work, I'll go through a couple extra ml.

Before we can make any judgements I think we should know the nicotine levels and size of the bottles. I was concerned that I was going through a bit more e-liquid when I got my first MOD and I did what I felt was smart by cutting the nicotine in half at the start. Good Luck and it is always good to question others if you feel any uncertainty.

I've been vaping 7 ml per day with 12 mg of nic. I'd like to reduce both ml's and mg's. So I mixed the last batch to 10mg and am watching to see if I vape more ml's to make up the difference. So far it appears I'm accepting the lower nic without increasing the amount of daily ml's. If that holds up in a few months I'll try reducing nic some more. I have no health concerns about nic. I'd like to reduce it so my stash lasts longer incase of government interference. I'll reduce daily ml's to reduce irritation, however minimal but I expect that to be harder. I like to vape.

My perfect vape would be 2-3 ml's per day at 12 mg of nic. That would be equilivent to my 25 daily cigs back in the day.

I used vaping to get control of smoking. Now, why not control of vaping? I use the puff timer on the vtc mini to keep track of day to day variations. I seem to do 900-1000 seconds of firing time per day. I used a syringe to fill my dripper bottle to 7 ml and 14 ml then marked those with tape to see if I'm staying at 7 ml. It was easy to keep track of how many cigarettes I smoked. Now I want to know the same about my vaping.

I buy a 236mL (8oz) bottle of 18mg Hawk Sauce roughly every 6-8 months. That breaks down to around 30mL (1oz) per month, or 1 mL per day. I tried using 12mg juice (another flavor) in a tank and found it alright but not quite what I could do in a tank. When I begin to do dripping / squonking in earnest, suspect may drop off to 6mg juice and may consume more. Define myself as being nicotine dependent and looking toward reducing that gradually. If I can get to 0mg, it will be a worthy journey. If I can only get down to 6mg, still a good journey.
