Took the plunge W/Fasttech

Could not resist the urge to hold in my hot sticky hands a ZNA (albet a clone). So I went against my better judgement and placed my first order with fastech. They sent me a USPS tracking # which shows its at the post office, but no movement out as of yet. Do they celebrate Christmas? Or R they just modern day Santa's little helpers? I also got a pic of a envelope with my name and delivery ticket on it, but still no movement out of the country.
What should I expect at this point (about two weeks from placing initial order)?

It will take awhile.. I made an order on the 1st week of December.. I still have not gotten it but i found out it was held back at customs yesterday so.. a little more delay What are you using to track? the USPS website or a third party website?

just received my vapemail yesterday, mine took 14 days, but tracking website does not update on tracking.

You can also use 17track to get more detailed tracking info from China. For me, it says "origin post preparing shipment" in the USPS site for a few days, but actual info when I translate what's on 17 track: movement between cities, actually getting on a plane to customs in Chicago, etc - all missing from USPS.

ETA: my quickest shipment was about 1 week after it said shipped, longest around 2 weeks. I've only ordered from them 3 times, but you can bet if I had more expendable income I'd have placed several more by now

Yeah, shipping anything anywhere this time of year sucks. I work in logistics, trust a pro! Lol

I've had an order make it here in Texas in 6 days, order to door. One order never made it, but they made good with it and everything I ordered in it's place made it in 2 weeks.
Now, I have 3 orders that should have made it here yesterday.. Oh.. wait.. only ordered them 2 days ago.. grrr... I hate waiting

since then ben shipping VIA singapore post and have received everything in 14 days or less

I have ordered liquids from them. It's hit or miss can get it within a week or 2 or month or 2.

The free shipping on anything over $20 should get an auto upgrade. It's orders under $20 with free shipping that come via row boat.

even shipped via china post - free upgrade when order was over 20$, it took a month and 2 and a half weeks...

The FT website has a link to the shipper for tracking of your order. Track 17 is pretty normal for my recent shipments. If your order contained batteries or juice that could cause a problem.

FT is a Chinese website right? China shipping is backed up because it is the Christmas season. I ordered some stuff from fasttech and it took over a month to receive, and that was last May. Good luck, and hold tight 'cause it's probably going to take awhile.

I have ordered from FT once every month or two for the last 2 years. Read all the reviews on what you want and check the customer forums. If you order ego type equip or anything with an internal battery it will go through Singapore which will add to shipping time. External batteries ie 18650/350 can take up to 4 months because the airlines won't ship and they must go by boat. Make your orders at least 20.00 to get free shipping and use the recommended shipping already set up in their data base. I have had many orders and not one thing has ever been lost . When you deal with customer service realize you are dealing with someone whose first language is not English and be very explicit. The old adage you get more flies with honey than vinegar is the way I look at it.
