Top lid stuck in the tank

I have a vaporesso luxe, I bought it 2 months ago and I didn't have to change the tank, I decided to change it now. Top Lid spins, but doesn't come out, someone to tell me how can I get it out?

Are you sure just the top cap is turning and not the glass and/or the base as well?
