Wow another close user of V4L, I live in the same town as them. I have had 2 batteries that malfunctioned, though mine were manuals and it was a prob with the button. One e-mail each time and I got the replacment battery the next day. Amazing service in my opinion, they didnt even complain when it took me a week to get the second battery back to them.

I started with V4L and I will end with them, If I even choose to end vaping. Great products and great service, no reason to go anywhere else.
