I agree with most of the previous posts but I think the one thing that really made a difference to me (aside from having lots of stock and figuring out MY go to flavor) was to pick a day I wanted to quit (a date that is easily remembered). I had to force myself to smoke analogs (although only a few a day) until that day. I haven't had even a drag of an analog since 4/13/09..over 2 years now. Also found that whatever mg strength I used for the most part (for me it was 18mg) I had the next level up (24mg) for those times of real cravings ie: after a meal etc)...and vaped like crazy til the craving passed. Then went back down to the 18mg. I also agree on trying flavors you'd never expect to like (my go to flavor is coffee, and I don't like to drink coffee - EVER). One more thing, favorite flavor in the beginning can be terrible a few weeks or months later..don't be afraid to try ones you didn't initially like. Tastebuds DO change after you've been analog free for a while. Flavors also taste different depending on what you've just eaten or drank. Think about how an analog tastes right after you brush your teeth (yuk)...and come here for advice and support. This is an AWESOME forum. Good luck to all

That's exactly what I did. Started vaping 2/5 & had my last analog 2/13 (didn't even make it through half of the cig). I wanted to give myself the best Valentine's Day gift!
