You will find most vendors ship within 24-48 hours, and some the very same day. At least the well known vendors all are very concious about getting orders out fast. That service alone will either make them or break them, and they all know it. Rawr Vapors is good, Halo is well known for their tobaccos, Clouds of Vapor is good. Other vendors that I haven't necessarily ordered from but hear alot of good about are Juicy Vapor, Pink Spot Vapors, Ahlusion, eliquid Planet, Vape Dudes, and so many more. A good spot is to check out the vendors section in here. Anyhow, there's a list of vendors known for juices and I recommend you try small sizes or samplers until you know what you like 
Gr8scott- Some are sharing their experiences with Top Vapor eliquids so i'll share mine...i've been vaping for some time and have tried lots of juices from many vendors and my all day vape remains a top vapor flavor from Madvapes. It has been a consistent flavor and is as yummy now as when I began using it soon after I began vaping. YMMV

I would recommend ECBlends, site with tons of flavors and good prices... they definitely have some good juices, but overall, most would consider them below average/meh. But I wouldn't rule them out, you might find some gems in there if you try enough juices.
Purevapes also has 15ml bottles for $8 (as pricer vendors charge $5-6 for a 6ml for reference). I got a sampler pack from them and was very impressed with most of their juices and definitely vapeable right off the bat!
I'd personally try to get sampler packs from more popular vendors that offer them and look for vendors that sell the types of juices you like (Bakery, tobacco, fruit, etc). I'm a juice snob though, seems like after hundreds of flavors and dozens of vendors, I still haven't found that "all day vape". I'm starting to feel like I may not have one... I just like to switch flavors constantly and can't see myself vaping anything all day. But that's ok. Just more money for me to spend!

well ljs esmokes was my first and i still love them --- coffee bacco is my morning vape and their red velvet cake is so so good --- they get their stuff out quick too

Since I have posted this I am now touting the praises of ECB
Though I still thoroughly enjoy "Grandpas Blend" from Madvapes, I think ECB is truly the titty on the kitty
Chocolate Chili so far my fav!
