So my work around for no battery voltage on the screen is to place it into bypass mode. It updates as it's firing so I was able to see it's very respectable voltage drop by firing a 0.24 ohm deal at 4 volts. I'm using a Samsung 30T, it barely dropped.

DovpoUSA emailed me and advised that he had several failed attempted updates to TC also. He said that the engineer team determined that a USB Data cable must be used to facilitate a successful update.
I came home tonight and got the USB cable from my Harmony Remote Control and tried again.. Worked on the 1st attempt. I now have TC and am a happy Topside owner!

So I thought I'd check the supplied cables, the first one I received is black and is charge only.
The 2nd one is blue and is charge and data.

According to the Dovpo site there's an update for the "non TC Firmware" - version 1.0.1 but unfortunately there's no changelog. Mine arrived with version 1.0, did anybody flash this new version already and can tell about the changes?

Well I had them for 9 days now and I have more experience with them. And I believe that is all it was. As it happened two more times and I definitely over squonked it those times. But been dry all other times.
These Dovpo Topside squonkers are spoiling me. As none of my other squonkers are getting hardly any use anymore. Everything else feels obsolete.

I made sure of that when I testing them numerous times, even covering the air holes with my fingers while bringing the liquid up and down about 30 time while watching it under a light through the hole the drip tip plugs into.Well I had them for 9 days now and I have more experience with them. I can't get by with just the two Topsides I have so far (I usually run 5-6 flavors 24/7), so I have three Pico Squeeze 2's on line as well at the moment. But I do like the Topsides better, so a third one has been ordered while they can still be had. It could be here by mid week from this vendor.
Well dwcraig1, every squonker I have ever used gets wet under the RDA. It isn't any different on the Topside. I'm sure an o-ring can fix them. While I would prefer it stays dry under there, but I am okay with it as long as it never runs out where I can can see it and juice all over the mod.
I agree, my almost as new (Hcigar Inbox75) as the Topsides, required an o-ring there too. If it hadn't got down into the battery compartment I suppose I could have just let it go. It never became a problem otherwise. But unlike the Topside the Hcigar has a groove at the top of the 510 which may or may not be for an o-ring but it lets one fit there well.
Edit: so after looking at this picture I noticed that that far hex looks kind of bunged up, just reflections or something, perfect condition.

I'm using this on my Topside, I have various other similar ones coming, very squonk friendly as the air intake is higher than the outlet. This is a "styled" one.
