Tornado News from Brewlady in Wilbraham

I just wanted to post here that I am fine and our house had no damage! One of the tornadoes did touch down about 3 blocks from our house, so I am very thankful that we were unscathed. We probably won't have power back until next week, but compared to the devastation I witnessed on my way to work this morning, I can't complain about this minor inconvenience.

So glad to hear that you are o.k. In April, we had tornados here in NC, and we were without power for about 4 days. Like you, it was a minor inconvenience for us, because our neighbors a few miles away weren't so lucky.

the tornado formed right next to the memorial bridge and after passing over it it went across into springfield....had it gone south a quarter of a mile more it would have danced with my mom who was watching it from her back yard right on the ct river next to the southend bridge >.< talk about close call...
