Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I just checked and you only ordered yesterday, so it will ship very soon as there was a slight backup after the black Friday weekend. We will email the tracking info as soon as it leaves the warehouse.I understand its holiday season.but when going to ship the item??

Hello there,so sorry to bother you again, but im little confused how the“ Separate packaging”works?so i purchased 2 vapes and 2 sets of coils replacement.i received the email updates tell me one of the vape is shipped out.ummm. how about the nother vapes and 2 sets of replacement coils i purchased???.....isnt out stock or what happen? And i try again to log in from my pc to see if the website updates anything about my order ,nah.still no order found.... im so confused..I see your order ok, I will check with the tech team to see why it's not showing up, there may be a bug.
