    I understand its holiday season.but when going to ship the item??
    Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I just checked and you only ordered yesterday, so it will ship very soon as there was a slight backup after the black Friday weekend. We will email the tracking info as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

    I see,thank you for the reply.but i do have a question for you,(as you can see the pictures i uploaded)i log in my account information, i click order its says i have none place any orders??whats going on?can you get me a answer??

    Hello there,so sorry to bother you again, but im little confused how the“ Separate packaging”works?so i purchased 2 vapes and 2 sets of coils replacement.i received the email updates tell me one of the vape is shipped out.ummm. how about the nother vapes and 2 sets of replacement coils i purchased???.....isnt out stock or what happen? And i try again to log in from my pc to see if the website updates anything about my order ,nah.still no order found.... im so confused..

    How you doing,,i really dont like to keep bother you like this,but its been a week, you told me its a Full refund,i waited a week to see is any refunds ,its shows up on my account amount of $45.76 was refunded to me,but i paid total amount of $54.35 on the Dec 3.whats going on?
    you tell me order was shipped with two different packges,but how crazy is that!!!...i been waiting patiently,i still didnt received none of the item/package!!and everyday i keep following the tracking information ,it shows Frist package is arrived on my nearest post office.and second package still in Pre-Shipment on December 8, 2020 at 4:43 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item HACIENDA HEIGHTS, CA 91745 .its been like that Since the 8th, still in lebel created ..can you PLEASE double check if warehouse did send or shipped this package.,if the package still never been shipped its ok.im tired of keep waiting...

    PLEASE let me know ....if you got any information for me

    Refund is not full amount+no update on tracking information on package!!!??
