My son-in-law is a logger. He got hit by a tree this morning and was air-lifted to Mass General. They say if he lives he could be paralized for life. Hopefully he makes it and they're wrong.

Sorry about S-I-L, I hope for the best for him. New Year's Eve Day, my wifey was driving to hair salon, PU in front of her stopped to let a group of geese cross the road, lady behind her stepped on the wrong pedal, smashed into Wifey's rear end, and pushed her into the stopped PU. Car was a total, but least she wasn't hurt beyond seat belt bruising. I'm ready for 2011.

35 years in the woods for Wayne (my son-in-law). It's not looking good. Severed spinal cord. My son logs also. Now I'm scared.

Ya it's a dangerous job but my bro loved it. He trained to be a diesel mechanic but just couldn't stay out of them damn woods. He got hit right if the face with a tree that was already down. I've been praying your SIL will be okay. Have faith Fran.

my families thoughts are with you fran,please be positive with this itll only help,doesnt mean much but 4 years ago i had a serious spinal injury which left my right side paralized, some how they cut me from my belly button to around my back to open up the spine and got it fixed to the point i can walk again, the family support was critical to me,my thoughts are with you
