Thank you for the words of encouragement and the support Dishy!

RE, Q's...

We'll continue to ship from the website as long as the FDA allows. I don't think it's an immediate or pressing concern, just something on the horizon to be aware of and prepare for - it's an "adapt or die" type situation. I suspect that once B&Ms are made aware of the opportunity then they will accommodate... lots of B&Ms take orders over the phone and ship. It's pre-mature to worry about it now, but it'd definitely something we'll continue to monitor.

As an aside, there are a healthy number of Australian vendors whom are interested in doublers... still not sure how we will address that.

I can understand the hesitation on doublers. How do you know about the quality of nic they add? If they opt for a cheap nic solution that makes your line-up taste sub par, it could affect your reputation.

Congrats on this monumental move! I wish Clark, Katy, and company the best of luck! Don't forget about us little guys.

Coming soon to an interstate near you!

Hell I'd be honored to be NT's very own Casey Jones...minus the substance stated in the song and replaced with some Strawnilla or GCD. I've got a million miles under my belt with mostly hazardous materials lol..

I doubt you'll even be able to tell the diff - matter of fact, I'm making sure of it ;) All the ingredients are the same, only thing changing is the batch size the the bottling process, really.

I'm going to hold you to that... I'm going to save a little bit of everything that I have just to compare ;)

Who knew when I noticed and asked about ((Name omitted due to ECF rules)) last week, what I was getting into, eh? Sorry to push the announcement sooner than you had planned.

If your radio fans helped come up with a description that you could then "tweak" it may help!

I neglected to take note that the ((Name omitted due to ECF rules)) piece was on the most recent revision of the label - so'k, timing for good news is never bad. ;)

Comparing super-steeped liquid to fresh stuff isn't fair ;) LMAO

Glad to see thee will eventually be more ACB and that Wakonda won't go away :)

I'm playing with some new/different TA, something more like the TA I used to be able to get. Not sure about the end result yet. It will be v2, but remains to be seen what it'll turn out like. Honestly, based on initial testing, it's going to be fantastic.

Clark, how soon will the new labels be ready? I want to order a bottle of each of the top 10 to take to B&M's here for them to sample. We have a few that only carry other vendors juice (Five Pawns and such) that I have already spoken to.

I get my first roll tomorrow, but it's just for final testing...

November 1, understanding I have learned that under-promising and over-delivering is the order of the day, especially when so many different wheels are in motion. I had *hoped* we would have been there in July... ;)

Thank you. November 1st I will double-check with you before ordering a bottle of each.

Incidently, I brought a new vaper on board this past weekend with NT juice. He will be ordering some Virus as soon as the 50 I gave him gets low :)

Will he be picking you up, also? :)

Wow! Finally got through all 22 pages! I missed this post and have had to play catch up!

1.) Congrats to Kent and the rest! Even though I joined the family late, I still feel like a part of it! It is wonderful that you are taking the steps to future proof our favorite juice!

2.) Will definitely have to make a congrats purchase really soon, to help replentish the "war chest", since this has definitely taken a chunk of it.

3.) I am saddened that my family has had bad experiences with their local B&Ms [emoji17]. I currently work at a local chain that is growing pretty steadily (more on my B&M later). I see all these horror stories around ECF, which gives me the fire and desire to go above and beyond to ensure I do the best for my customers, no matter the bottom line. My co-workers and I focus on making the customers happy, instead of treating them like dollar signs. I personally have stated tanks or units are crap, so that customers do not waste their money on sub-par items. I also do not push people straight to mechs, and encourage EVERYONE to do their homework (regulars and beginners especially) so they vape safely when they do make that leap. I always point them to ECF as a great resource for their studies. In short, I try hard to do my best to make everyone I can satisfied and walking out with the right equipment for their needs. I also hope more stores and employees adopt this ambition and drive to do the best for our customers.

4.) The B&M I work at is a franchise, unlike most other locations (which are corporate), so we can carry a certain percentage of items that aren't from our parent corperation. I know our store owner(s), as well as our store manager has stated that we want to use this percentage to focus on juice lines. We have a regular and primo line made by our parent company just a couple hours down the road at our corperate location. We also carry 4 other primo lines, with two more in the works. I would LOVE to see NT right alongside all these other lines. I have already started to plant the seed with my store owners, before this news was even released. I plan on doing as others have suggested and getting the starting 10 lineup once the new labels come in, so they can sample them all. Between me and 3 co-workers (including store manager and owners) we have more than enough drippers (our preferred delivery units) to pass around and sample.

I know I like to ramble, so I will bring this to a close. Conrats to the Family, I look forward to seeing you grow and succeed!

I just pray at the point they force cessation of internet sales that there is a B&M of any quality I can get to without it being an all day venture. NYC is much larger than it seems when you have physical difficulties and a full time job...I'm about as far from the one supposedly decent B&M in the village one can be and still be in Manhattan lol I rely almost entirely on being able to order most things.

What you need is a vape friendly cab driver willing to deliver for a small fee!
Seriously though, perhaps more small B&M's/kiosk type retailers will appear in places like Manhattan when internet sales get stopped.

Cab to Times Square from where I am already runs $25-30 one-way. With the way things are going in Manhattan, small retailers are getting shoved out left and right as the commercial rents are being pushed through an already high roof.

If/when internet sales are banned, that wouldn't mean that sending product through the mail would be banned.....or would it?

See, I am thinking that us old (not necessarily long-in-the-tooth-old like me) customers could order by phone or by snail mail and have the precious sent by mail just as we do now. This would not follow the spirit of the law but it might follow the letter of the new, stupid law. No internet involved, right? Problem would be that we would not be age verified...but I would gladly send a copy of my Birth Certificate with my order...too bad Obama couldn't order that way.

All snarkiness aside, in the old days catalogue sales were huge. I suppose they still are. Mom gets all sorts of catalogues in the mail even though I just order the stuff from the online sites. She doesn't use the computer and likes to have the catalogues in front of her. She tells me what she wants, I order.

I suppose that makes sense!
I hope there proves to be a good solution. Perhaps other types of stores will have a vape section - if online sales stop, there's going to be a market for it.
I don't know enough about the store facilities for the many people working in the city, but would hope it's not all high priced visitor/tourist biased.
