Tracey, would you mind sending me a PM? I have some Doodle I would be more than happy to pass into your happy hands.

How sweet of you! If you have doodle you do not want or like, I would purchase it from you. For now I'll just start ordering it as I can from online one doodle at a time! I will not be without my doodle! :2cool: Thanks!!

Tracey

Congrats on the expansion Clark. You can't keep a jewel of a product under wraps for too long. If you're doing something right, this was inevitable. My problem is not having a decent B&M shop anywhere near me. Perhaps the closest would be LiteCigUSA in Avis, PA 70 miles away. Maybe I need to open up a shop like I've always talked about....

Surprised there are no good vape shops around UPenn. In the poconos we have a couple. One great shop, but they don't carry other vendors juice so I'm guessing that would be a no go. I'm just hoping the online orders keep flowing. Otherwise I'll be in the same boat driving an hour (which I will gladly do!)

Wow! Finally got through all 22 pages! I missed this post and have had to play catch up!

1.) Congrats to Kent and the rest! Even though I joined the family late, I still feel like a part of it! It is wonderful that you are taking the steps to future proof our favorite juice!

2.) Will definitely have to make a congrats purchase really soon, to help replentish the "war chest", since this has definitely taken a chunk of it.

3.) I am saddened that my family has had bad experiences with their local B&Ms [emoji17]. I currently work at a local chain that is growing pretty steadily (more on my B&M later). I see all these horror stories around ECF, which gives me the fire and desire to go above and beyond to ensure I do the best for my customers, no matter the bottom line. My co-workers and I focus on making the customers happy, instead of treating them like dollar signs. I personally have stated tanks or units are crap, so that customers do not waste their money on sub-par items. I also do not push people straight to mechs, and encourage EVERYONE to do their homework (regulars and beginners especially) so they vape safely when they do make that leap. I always point them to ECF as a great resource for their studies. In short, I try hard to do my best to make everyone I can satisfied and walking out with the right equipment for their needs. I also hope more stores and employees adopt this ambition and drive to do the best for our customers.

4.) The B&M I work at is a franchise, unlike most other locations (which are corporate), so we can carry a certain percentage of items that aren't from our parent corperation. I know our store owner(s), as well as our store manager has stated that we want to use this percentage to focus on juice lines. We have a regular and primo line made by our parent company just a couple hours down the road at our corperate location. We also carry 4 other primo lines, with two more in the works. I would LOVE to see NT right alongside all these other lines. I have already started to plant the seed with my store owners, before this news was even released. I plan on doing as others have suggested and getting the starting 10 lineup once the new labels come in, so they can sample them all. Between me and 3 co-workers (including store manager and owners) we have more than enough drippers (our preferred delivery units) to pass around and sample.

I know I like to ramble, so I will bring this to a close. Conrats to the Family, I look forward to seeing you grow and succeed!

Thank you for the kind words. As a general rule, I think the online community is much more discerning as compared to the folks who typically stumble into a B&M with little or no knowledge/context about the wider-world of vaping. I hope the stories of this B&M or that don't discourage anyone from patronizing local B&Ms and giving them business if they *earn* it. I would very much discourage anyone about making sweeping generalizations about B&Ms in general - I've been to some great ones, and I've been to some that I wish I had never wasted time on. Yes, the prices are higher - but there are clearly cases where the people in the employ of these establishments *earn* that money. Those are the vendors I'm seeking out - the vendors whom build relationships and provide service as good or better than what a potential customer might expect to receive from us directly. Given all the disadvantages of being online, I don't see it as an unreasonable expectation to insist that a potential retailer add enough value to justify the increase in price.

I know there are several of you with small business aspirations... be prepared to work like you've never worked before (despite how easy we make it looks sometimes, this is the hardest I have ever worked in my life!).

Do what you love and it is never work, right? Well, not so much! It is still work, don't care what 'they' say!

This may not be the place. But I was wondering if Hummingbird 0 nic is going to be available soon. I would have gotten some with my order. But zero nic was not an option.

Hummingbird in NZ will likely not make an appearance until after we get settled in the new location - we're pretty much done cooking up SRs until we get settled in the new warehouse/cleanroom/etc. The good news is, it'll never *not* be down once it comes back up (if there is sufficient support for Da Bird, which I am sure there is)!~

I would buy an NT REO door...or a Wakonda Warrior t-shirt. other than that - I don't have much of a materialistic bone in my body. I get my clothes at thrift shops (because they're killer in this area - nice wool sweaters = $8 or less) and wear hot dog hats.

A very good avenue to take though gets Sloths seal of approval [sic--I give you a seal, of approval ]

clarification--the seal is FTC (fair trade certified) I don't play around.
