trouble with rba aga t2

i recently bought he aga t2, set it up which took a while as this is my first rba. i works fine on the ego, but to be safe i decided after about 2 weeks to go ahead and get the sigelie telescope. my ohms are at .9. i am using 320 mesh with 28 gauge kanthal wire 3/3. on an ego it works great but i barley produces anything on my mech. my bat is a efest 2000mAh3.7 volt Li-Mn. any help would be appreciated.

well i blew the nova LOL out of tanks and sill have 7 hours left of work. took a multimeter to the sigelei and the agat2 and am now more confused then ever. the sigelei works fine, the aga t2 works fine, together without the coil they test fine, once i put on the coil there is no voltage coming through. that just the coil no wick. yet the agat2 works on the gripper. can any one help me get this thing going on the mech

i wil post some pics when i get home. took the multimeter to it and tested the batery, part of the setip and slowley added more to it. the moment i added the coil, not wick, the whole charge dissapeared. that tank, the aga t2, woks on my gripper, just needed to add more coils to get the ohms up. the sigelei mech did not even work with a cartomizer, or the vivi nova.

.9 ohms is a little low IME. At 3.7 volts that would be 15 watts and over 4 amps. A little high for some batteries. One thing I have found is that on the AGA T (which I own) the center post grommet at the bottom where the threads are is a little to fragile. It is easy to cause a short at the bottom if you tighten the AGA on the battery very tight. It is easy to damage that grommet. I also found that if after you oxidize the mesh you wrap it with cig. paper where the coil goes you will avoid shots against the mesh. What you do before filling it is dry burn it until the paper burns off blow on it then fill it. The burnt paper creates a gap and some paper will remain leaving an insulator. But most of all you should get the resistance a little higher. Say 1.5-1.8 ohms. With the length of the wire going to the posts and a couple of wraps that should be easy unless you get a short. Easy to spot one what you will find in a short is that only part of the coil will glow right up to the short. The other part will not glow.
Hope this helps.

i hope its ok to post this link here, its where i bought my mech and the mech itself. Sigelei Telescope MOD "PRE ORDER" #13 not #8 - Pre Orders by VaporTek USA i like the way it looks with the aga t2. the reason i got it was i wanted to dual coil my aga. so i drilled ou another hole next t the negitve screw. it would work, just not very well, the mech did not work well with anything i used. i tried cleaning the contacts,(the whole thing really) with some contact cleaner. about 3 hours after i did that it stoped working completley. right now i have 6/5 wraps on my aga which is giing me 1.9 ohms and is working on my gripper.

ok well you got the 13, here is the question, is it a 13a or 13b, does your button assembly have plastic in it or is it all metal? if it has plastic, its a 13b and people have problems with it, the mech itself is the issue, its got crappy button and negative post. if this is the case, you should contact the vendor and have them send you 13a parts. check out the sigelei mechanical mod thread in avp forum.

hey guys just wanted to give you an update, i have been talking to vaportek about my mech, it is the sigelei 13b, there has been some serious issues with them not working so they are replacing it. my aga t2 is working fine, i threw it on my gripper curently at 1.4 ohms using the gripper at 6v. it works great but battery life is short.
