Not to mention that nicotine e-liquid is rather difficult to come by in Canada...

Keep us updated on how things work out with your brother, okay? :D

For sure will keep everyone here posted.

You're right about the e-liquid, luckily with the help I've gotten here I've got that parted covered for now.

Take care.;)

Update:
Well my first couple of orders came in today, and I must say it was a awesome experience for me and my bro. We both love the taste and feel. I got a bunch of different flavors and nicotine strength from 0, 6, 18, and 24. My brother seemed to like both 18mg and 24mg.
The iTaste MVP2 is a great PV to start on, or even maybe end up being one of my main PV's. I Can't believe how solid it feels especially for the price.
The iClear 16 and 30s were both good with nice amounts of vapor.
Now just waiting on a few more orders to really sample different items and flavors.
Thank you everyone for all the extremely helpful recommendations :)

Great news, thank for sharing. And nice move pulling your brother in to unpack and experiment. Sounds like you're both on path to a healthier future. I had a few weeks with minor discomfort when I keep cigarettes on hand -- after all these are not cig's. But then ran out and realized I liked vaping more. And never bought again. I think you do have to give yourself a little push to end, but don't punish yourselves; it's not too hard with ecigs. Good luck!

Thank you. Healthier and positive sounds great starting the new year. We will keep pushing forward as best as we can.
I'm happy to hear things worked out for you.

Congratulations!

Just an aside in the event you do decide to go with a ProVari later on, the ProVape website lists a couple of resellers on Vancouver Island. Having just ordered my first ProVari yesterday direct from ProVape, they offer a Canada Express ship for $36.95 as an alternative to the International express at $47. It isn't much of a savings, I'm expecting to get dinged for GST by CBSA too, which will eat the difference in shipping costs. (If I don't get taxed, it'll be a very pleasant surprise.)
