... I will not let anyone belittle me just cause I'm new around here...

Sorry man. Did not mean that at all. I suppose I should have added that your list looks like some great toys. I am frugal (prefer my money in my pocket) so I applied that filter to the situation. Good luck! Vaping is working wonders for me, 38 years of the stinkies is finally starting to feel like a bad nightmare I had.

Oh, and I would be very surprised if Rickajho's intent was to belittle. Check out some of his other posts.

I actually reach for it (and for my VV eGo batteries) more often because I use a lot of eGo-threaded atomizers, and they are a PITA on my ProVari--you'll have to use a 510>eGo adapters and they are just plain awful.
Except for the ones that ProVape sells. Solid machined stainless steel and brass, not the cast mystery metal everyone else sells. There's a reason that ProVape's 510 to eGo adapters are $6.95.

Ego-T Adapter

If you read the reviews, you'll notice some people have had problems with them. This is due to lax Chinese manufacturing tolerances on atomizers (usually clones of Kanger and Vision products) and has nothing to do with the adapter.

Edit: from another thread-
If you want to use eGo tanks, you'll need one of these:

181845d1361824558t-kanger-mt3-provari-img_5470.jpg

That is a stainless steel 510 to eGo adapter from ProVape. You can of course get a chrome plated brass adapter from everyone else. They look like this...

Thanks PofM. I've grown quite weary of these things wearing out (in a variety of ways), so I just ordered some of THESE. I honestly had NO IDEA...

They can be a real PITA to get off of the clone evods, but they are worth it. I've owned two for about a year. It would be nice if Provape updated their stock photo:

...To show why it's worth $5 more than the competition.

I'm pretty sure he will love Vaping and not worried about it. He chases the nicotine buz and hates the gross taste of cigarettes/smell. Hes also wanting to get back in great shape again. He's got 3 bad addictions as of now smoking, World of Warcraft, and drinks only diet drinks nothingelse(not even water). We are gonna start with the MVP2's for now and maybe the ZMax V5's. I don't really like the look of the twist and heard they break alot but maybe that's just a few bad reviews.Canvapes don't have some models I'm interested in and prices are a bot high for me.I will probably get the Provari Zombie w/ green led lights for my main ;)

Your brother will need love and care :) For one, vaping dehydrates the way smoking does not. Diet drinks won't help him; he needs to get back in the habit of drinking water to be happy vaping. If he insists on diet drinks, make sure they aren't caffeinated; caffeine dehydrates.

Remember to get lots of heads for his protank. Also, he might not like the ss drip tip that comes with the tank; lol add some glass/acrylic/ceramic drip tips to that list, too! There is plenty of info here and on youtube about dealing with protank 2 difficulties; imo it's an excellent, simple tank.

Then there is taste: He can have the very best battery+tank, both functioning perfectly, but if he doesn't like the taste of the juice, he might not continue vaping. Nicotine content of the juice is crucial, as if it's not right, he (again) might not continue vaping. Keep in mind that he might experience some withdrawal despite a perfect nicotine level, as ciggies have many chemicals other than nicotine that our bodies get used to. Taste and nicotine content are important.

I almost feel that, just for starters, just for your bro, concentrating on juice, taste, nicotine content might be more crucial than concentrating on gear. After he's safely off cigarettes, you can introduce other elements to his vaping.

That's alot of great info and I love how simple and practical your way of thinking is. So a glass drip tip will have similar feel to my .... which is a good thing. He used to smoke a pack of high strength cigarettes to half a pack now. Any idea what strength juices I should start him with?18-24/28 mg? As of diet caffeinated drinks and hydration I've been talking to him alot on New Years and Christmas.
I appreciate the awesome advice.
Thank you

Aw thank you! It's subjective so it's hard to predict. I can taste the metal on the drip tip that comes with the protank. Most people can't, and enjoy it. It is heavy, good quality, doesn't fall out. I can't taste the plastic in acrylic tips, but others can, lol. Glass is my favorite. They do feel bongy, and look pretty. They're all pretty cheap (glass is pricier) so you can order a few to get a feel for them. It's good to have extras, anyway, in case he loses one.

I used to smoke a pack and a half a day of Camel lights. I started off with 18 and went through withdrawal; I probably needed 24. I'd say you're fine with 18, and 24 sounds like overkill for half a pack smoker, but it's unpredictable. If money is no object, maybe get a bottle each of 18 and 24? If he starts getting fidgety, has problems sleeping, then he's probably getting too much nicotine. If he starts falling asleep, getting moody, fatigued, forgetful (this is what I experienced) then he's possibly not getting enough.

Good luck getting him to drink water! idk if it helps, but people oxidize brass by leaving it in cola. It can't be good for you.

You're welcome! Good luck to you and your brother <3

Ah, Madison. One of the nicest places I've ever lived. Can never forget crossing Lake Mendota from Picnic Point toward the Memorial Union in frigid weather. About halfway we heard a ringing coming rapidly from the direction of Dengel Bay. It turned to a zinging/zipping sound and a crack propagated no more than ten feet in front us. Changed sound again as it sped off towards University Fields. We were pretty certain we were about to die.

I personally use the VAMO with the Kanger Protank 2. I love the set up and it has made me stay off of cigarettes since May. I also heard good things about the ProVari and am probably to going to buy one within the next couple of hours. PBusardo on Youtube has a lot of reviews so you can see his opinions on what is good and not good. Also, GrimmGreen is another one to look up on Youtube. Good luck!

I might have misunderstood - you want your brother to smoke NON-Nicotine Vaopr? Why? It wont work for a million reasons, and there is no reason that I know about to avoid nicotine. Search on the web, not one serious article on how Nicotine itself (not the cigarettes\analogs\ delivery system) does any substantial harm. I have asked every doctor I have ever me and the answer was the same - knock yourself out just don't smoke.
I am not sure whats all the fus here about gadgets. just get whatever Halo sells (G6 AND the Triniton) or from any other company with a protank (at least 900mah) and you are done (get the G6 as well because it will server well in the transition).
For eliquid - I am still looking myself, but there are great stuff out there. just make sure its 18mg/ml (1.8%) and above nic or he won't go back to smoking.
good luck , I will pray for your success.

Thank you, I'm praying this works too.
I'm starting my brother on 24mg nic and 0 mg nic for me. Maybe I'll try some 6 mg nic just to see what it's like compare to when I used to smoke.
