Yeah guys been pretty busy tying up everything for this batch I finally got most of it locked down and I'll have some pictures of all the squonk holes cut here maybe by tomorrow

Ben that mod looks sexy man I really like all the dark tones in that one yet still has some lighter tones and reds throughout it too, has a classy rustic look to it

wow that looks cool. what kind of bit did you use for that? I've played around with some engraving a bit but wasn't really getting the results I wanted, think I was trying to go too small with too large of a bit :) I see you went to black buttons and blacked out the screws too, Rudy's is getting the same treatment :)

Thanks John :thumb: I use two different tools for engraving depending on how thin I need the line to be and the shape of the bottom. For thick engraving I use a 1/32 Ball mill, but for thin line engraving I use this:

1/8 Inch Diameter, 2 Inch Overall Length, 00199562 - MSC

The buttons are still the Amber ultem buttons you sent me, I just used a black sharpie and colored the bottom of the buttons ;) Since the black color is only on the bottom of the button when you shine a side light on them they still glow Amber, but looking down on them they have a darkish smokey amber thing going on, it's actually quite a cool effect :D

Looks great!!
Nice job on the buttons. Great taste!:thumb:
Love those Nuppin' caps!! One of those would definitely help see the squonk level. Ever since I got the new silicone bottles I have had to re learn how to squonk. Can never tell how much juice going up, would be great to see the level while squonking. Like going from manual steering to power steering!

Off work now and had a chance to get some nicer pics in better lighting :)

I modified my Turbo mod a little bit and changed its shape some...well, just because I could  Started by milling the big radius on the squonk hole side flat to give the mod a little more of a boxy profile (sorry John) Wanted to give the mod a softer feel to it so I rounded the top/bottom edges some and then refinished the whole mod to a silky brushed finish :D

so the results of my hack job .....
