I wonder if it means that a big% sneak attack is coming and the drop in % was just to clear carts.
It can be maddening trying to understand madness. LOL
Hmmmm maybe at least we can always hope. He keeps talking in riddles to and sometimes he makes it sound like there is a rhythm to his yo yoing and then at other times he makes it sounds like it's sporadic.

I look at it like trying to understand women... Pointless, just keep nodding your head and saying " yes dear" till you get what you want! That is how I ended up married in the first place.
