If not in Cape Town how much will shipping to there cost?
Do you sell spare batteries & atomisers? (if so prices please)
Do you offer a guarentee on the product?
Any chance of menthol carts?

Hi There we are based in Cape Town, and available through any pharmacy that uses Alphapharm as there distributor. also available online, Joburg is a few weeks away.

Are esmoking products approved for sale in pharmacies in S Africa? Is it seen as a medical treatment? Is there any regulation on the eliquid?

No, not as a medicine, but we are investigating commisioning the testing, to make that a reality.

So far there is no regulation against the e-liquid, as nicotine is a schedule zero drug.

So, if my mum bought an e-cig at the pharmacy - could she get spares (Atomisers & batteries) for it there when she needed them? Or is it a buy it and when it's broke throw it away & buy another one?

Is this model compatible with the 901's we use here?

For now spares will only be available through the website, but shipping is cheap and in some cases free. The 901 is not compatible with the 808 model, but we will be releasing a similar "pen style" next month.
