twist, need some help

How to charge this thing properly? do i need to set it to a specific voltage mark or does it matter?

also when i put it on my ego charger, which charges all my other non VV batteries fine, the led turns orange(as opposed to red)...whats up with that ?

I have never used my eGo T charger with my twists. I use only the charger that came with them. I have never seen an orange light. That does not sound very good....

its not an ego c charger, its just an ego charger i got for my other 650's from nettmix. after turniung the battery off and on again i nolonger got the orange light.

but is there some setting my twist needs to be at when i charge it or just leave it on whatever i was using when i plug it in ?

Hey JR - is the other charger perhaps for 510 batteries, not Twists maybe? Your charger should look like this https://www.cignot.com/product_p/ego-usb-chg.htm (and there's a wall plug available if you want to charge it direct vs computer USB).

It doesn't matter what voltage Twist is set on while charging - input voltage/amperage is what important and not an output voltage of the Twist.

No, no setting required. When it's ready the light will turn green. You may need to hit the on/off button 5 times in a row to turn it on (or off for when putting in your pocket for example) after it's charged. Don't leave it unattended while charging though. (and I'd recommend getting a backup charger too because they can fail just like batteries do). Hope that helps.

All good advice there, and if you have to leave it, leave it in a tray or something that will be okay if it leaks or whatever. I always leave my new batteries in a steel tray the first few times I charge them. I have never had an issue, but if it blows up or springs a leak, the prevention seems worthwhile.

thats the charger i have, i have the wall adapter so it does not take forever to charge.
