Well I waited to make my first post until we got over the two week mark, and today is it.
My wife and I both started smoking around the age of 15,we are both 42 now.
We both had about a pack a day habit. She has quit two times in the past for nine months at a time,
don't need to explain that one....I have never even tried..
I always said that if I could quit working and drinking, then I could quit smoking, but now that we found these e-cigs I don't have to give up anything but the smokes....:)

Any way it's nice to read all the posts on here about success, makes me feel that there is a chance this might work..

SO FAR SO GOOD............:headbang:

I tried to reply on other posts but I couldnt so... I was a smoker for 10 years, years ago a buddy had an e-cig and I didnt think much of it. I started to feel all those years in my lungs and chest. My wife would always complain about my smoking and my daughter would always ask me to quit. I always thought an e-cig would be expensive to try because I researched them years ago and wasnt willing to drop $150 to "try" something. About a month ago I saw e-cig's at 7-11 for $20. That I was willing to try. Fast forward a month now and talk about life changing! I feel WAY better, no cough or hurt throat, I have more energy and no longer get winded. Browsing the net I found ecf and now I am a full fledged vapor. I bought myself a joye510 dual starter from ev cigs, a pcc and cartomizers from cigtechs, a 510 passthru and atomizer from Route 66 vapor, samplers from e-smokey treats, and some REALLY good liquid from Gourmet Vapor. From the day I bought my 7-11 e cig, I have not touched an analog. This is a dream come true, I get all the "smoke" I want and none of the risks. I work in construction and not a day goes by when someone asks about my PV, I try and recruit anyone who will listen to a reasonable argument against Big Tobacco, now I know you cant change them all but Im gonna try!
P.s. Goodbye Blue American Spirits, never will I pay $7.00 for your killer product. Vape or Die.
Oh yah, All of the above mentioned suppliers shipped to my door in 3 days! (you know a ex smoker Hates to wait)

I don't get it.

Welcome, and congratulations! Glad to see you guys are enjoying the change. My wife and I started at the same time too. She's cut back to half of what she used to smoke, and I'm just over a month without any. It feels so much better!

I am 35 now and smoked since I was 13..and went to a pack a day from age 18-30..then at 30 cut down to a half pack and 3 cigars a day.
I would smoke cigars all day..i just cant afford them! My habit cost me around 10 bucks a day..now I am a EXTREME esmoke..I smoke 7 ml a day on average. Probably 5X more then i smoked normally.
if normal cigars were cheap i would be smoking them..I do this for economic reasons. But I dont smoke hardly ever anymore regular smokes.
