I can't be the only person who vapes 0 nicotine juice as most vendors sell it that way.
I've been vaping at 0 nicotine for several months now and a couple of people have asked why I don't just set my vaporizer aside for good. It's a valid question.

I believe there is just as much a hand to mouth addiction as there was a chemical one. With some effort, a plan, and some goals, I probably could stop vaping. The truth is that I enjoy it just like I enjoyed smoking, and maybe moreso because I don't stink, cough, and spend $14 per day to smoke.

Anyone who thinks quitting smoking is all roses, even with the help of vaping, is fooling themselves. What vaping did (for me) was to make it even possible to quit smoking. Vaping made the attempt to quit a nearly (but not completely) painless experience. Bottom line, if you want to quit smoking and want to use vaping as a tool, you still have to want to quit pretty damn bad and you need to draw that line in the sand for yourself.

My line in the sand is that I can vape as much 0 nicotine as I please. I believe this new habit is a significant harm reduction. The experience soothes that little junkie spot in my brain and it works for me. I will not start my smoking habit again. Period. It took too many methods and too many years for me to quit smoking and I won't put myself or my family through that again.

To each their own. YMMV.

Ahhh...Chantix. That is a product I tried only once - for a week. Made me terrible sick.

I live in a small town. A few miles away (in another small town) there was a guy 2 years ago that quit smoking with Chantix for 6 weeks...then he committed suicide. Have you read the side effects for that stuff? The list is longggg. Before this happend I had tried it and it gave me horribal nightmares and depression, and they KNOW that it causes suicidal thoughts but they sell it anyway. It really chaps my .... that the FDA approves some of the drugs they do, but have a problem with e ciggs!! Makes NO sense! But that is for another thread.

I'll stick to vaping thank you very much.:)

Whether or not this was a troll post or not, it has opened up a decent debate so for me the original intention is irrelevant.
Yeah, I look at troll posts as an opportunity to provide information to clear up misconceptions that others might be having.
The audience for my replies to the "troll" is really those who may be reading the thread that had similar concerns.
