Don't worry too much, it's normal. My wife (who quit smoking cold turkey maybe three or four years ago) complains about "my liquids", how it smells like a chemistry lab where I keep them according to her, the smell in the air (at least of most of them and even that changes from time to time, so I never really know for certain if a certain vapour will always be ok), she's even had occasional bad cough attacks that she immediately attributes to my vaping, she probably will never be sure ecigs are basically harmless despite the fact that I've always tried to educate her and she went as far as saying that "normal people switch to ecigs so that they can get rid of everything eventually". On the other hand, I'm sure I'd have to be smoking in the balcony, come rain or shine, if I still smoked.
Even my son (16, to be 17 in August), while defending my vaping, has said breathing glicerol can't be that good.
Man, society will only be happy when we do nothing but work and totally conform. Even if they may be "rebels" in their in stances. There's always some sort of confrontation and vaping seems to be part of it. Still, your parents are wrong in continuing to smoke although that's really their business - obviously.
EDIT: I just read your last post. Well done.
