I can't be the only person who vapes 0 nicotine juice as most vendors sell it that way.
I've been
vaping at 0 nicotine for several months now and a couple of people have asked why I don't just set my vaporizer aside for good. It's a valid question.
I believe there is just as much a hand to mouth addiction as there was a chemical one. With some effort, a plan, and some goals, I probably could stop
vaping. The truth is that I enjoy it just like I enjoyed smoking, and maybe moreso because I don't stink, cough, and spend $14 per day to smoke.
Anyone who thinks quitting smoking is all roses, even with the help of vaping, is fooling themselves. What vaping did (for me) was to make it even possible to quit smoking. Vaping made the attempt to quit a nearly (but not completely) painless experience. Bottom line, if you want to quit smoking and want to use vaping as a tool, you still have to want to quit pretty damn bad and you need to draw that line in the sand for yourself.
My line in the sand is that I can vape as much 0 nicotine as I please. I believe this new habit is a significant harm reduction. The experience soothes that little junkie spot in my brain and it works for me. I will not start my smoking habit again. Period. It took too many methods and too many years for me to quit smoking and I won't put myself or my family through that again.
To each their own. YMMV.
