I've just spent a couple of days over on the Ubertoot thread of ukvapers.org, where the originator of the Ubertoot posts. Man, those people are insane. They have to know, to the second almost, when the next batch of Toot's are going up for sale. Rabid Ubertooters for sure. I'm just glad that I'm poor folk and have to settle for a mere Clone, Otherwise I might have a stroke if I was on that thread waiting to get an authentic. I did learn how to wick the toot while on that thread though, so that's a plus. The trials and tribulations of the Well To Do Vaper. ;)

Finally, I got my UberToot UTA V2 clone on Thurs. the 3rd, from FT (Thank You Roxy for the links) and have been trying all different methods of wicking (with the same 7 wraps of Twisted 30g Kanthal A-1 at 1.3Ω to 1.4Ω with a 3mm ID). I have had absolutely NO problems with this RTA at all, No Runs, No Drips, No Errors. I'm just trying to find the best setup, For Me, that gives the kind of flavor I am looking for with the DIY juice at 9mg/ml that I use. So far I have tried KGD and Rayon, experimenting with different thicknesses and widths, along with different tentioning of wick. I've tried both the verticle slots and the 2 horizontal slots. Also tried the coil high and low over the air tube. I'm still experimenting though as I want to exhaust all possibilities. I've been from 10 Watts all the way up to 17 Watts with a tight MTL on the airflow. This is a fun and interesting RTA for sure. Thanks again Roxy for helping me out.

I have been looking for an authentic for a while and although I am not a clone kind of guy, I went ahead and purchased the clone. Got it at provapes in the UK , which most likely costed a bit more, but had heard good things, anyways have had it a couple weeks and am really liking it. So far zero issues and it vapes and looks excellent! I have had it up to 40 watts with no hint of a dry hit although my normal wattage is 30 with this tank. 24g at .6 ohms has been terrific so far.
