I forgot I had ordered the new UFS top and that could make it smaller... tried that (per the video, removing one piece of the tank) and it is STILL flooding.

When u first fill in the juice into ufs did you close the CR and ufs base? If u didn't close the ufs base, the juice u fill will go straight into the arty causing flood and gurgling. Hence little vapor.

Both were completely closed every time I filled it, and I took it all apart to make sure there was no juice anywhere. Still gurgling, some vapor coming out but relatively little. CR is still closed, and yet there is no sign of it stopping... still flooded.

Right now it's sitting, upside down (DT off) with air full open with me blowing into the air holes... good amount of juice coming out.

Not sure whether there's a proper method, but everytime if I forgot to close the tank and get flooded, I'll empty out my juice and make sure I close everything and fill the juice in again.

This is seriously pissing me off, even with everything closed it's STILL leaking like crazy, a whole tank (running out of juice now) just dumped into the collector tank... AGAIN.

Stop, take a minute off away from it, just step away. It took a little while to get used to mine, when that happened it just worked.
Its probably some thing to do with how your atomizer is seating when its screwed in. It could also be how snug the top of the atomizer is in its seal, it should be snug.
There is an oring on the tall connector where it goes into the tank to, that can leak if its damaged or missing.

Just the bottom of the tank on right now, no juice, CR and air 100% closed... I can still inhale though the atty (it's connected as well)... my iAtty, on my other GGTS, I cannot breath when air is 100% closed. Is this normal?

Not normal afaik. One thing to check is how your atomizer is seated. When you screw in your atomizer the juice control should be 100% open (all the way down), once you've screwed in your atomizer you close the juice control. I'm guessing one of three things:

1) your atomizer is not seated properly (JC not in full open position when atomizer is screwed in).

2) bad atty or incompatible atty design (have you tried another brand to be rule this out?).

3) bad o-ring near the top of the atty connector stem.

Well, I don't have any others right now, and I don't really see why that would cause a problem. The joye ones are just cheap stuff at high prices, I have never seen or experienced any difference between theirs and better priced ones. Visually, when the tank was fully closed it looked like one piece to me, I couldn't tell where the atty connection was at all.

Unless I want to spend 40 bucks on one atomizer (yes, one, that's what Janty charges here) it will take weeks to get more. It is possible I didn't have it fully open when I put the atomizer on though... I'll have to check that tonight as my friend has it right now.
