ugh UsPS sucks

I ordered a new mod on myfreedomsmokes. I have used them many times with no problems. My package was suppose to be here yesterday. I have been tracking it and now the status is delivery status not updated? Is it missing.

What do I do?

Give it another day or two. Sometimes packages get sidetracked.

Back when "first class" was limited to small envelopes I sent a package priority. It took nearly two weeks to arrive at its destination because some idiot thought the "P" on the label stood for "parcel post".

Then contact the business you purchased from. Depending on the business, they may ask you to wait a few more days before shipping out a replacement, have you contact the PO with the tracking info, or look into it themselves.

Then you call my freedom smokes and have them reship the order and have them take it up with the post office.

You can always call the USPS if you feel it is being delayed for too long... Just wait it out though. I've had packages that are "stuck" on the 'Arrived At Sort Facility' then nothing for 2 days, then all of a sudden it's 'Out for Delivery'. The tracking system that the USPS uses goes down more than it is up...

no answer on the phone. But the people who work at that particular post office are smucks.

If there's a tracking number, and USPS Tracking shows that it's been scanned at the PO, it's out of the vendor's hands. Just this past week, I waited 8 days for an envelope of o rings. Tracking showed it stuck in a sort facility for 4 or 5 days.

I've been having the same problem with USPS lately. I've called the company I ordered from and was told that I had to file a claim through USPS because it was out of their hands at that point.

I was tracking my vapemail this morning and there was a blurb at the top of the page about possible delays do to hurricane Joaquin.

Since you're located in PA, and MFS is in NC, that very well could be your issue.

so it made through all of that crap only to be stuck in limbo in lancaster.

the package was almost 100% done until it was out for delivery in lancaster PA. So everything beforehand was good until it got onto a truck. I tried to file a claim and I can not because they said there are no insurance on it. Also I tried to talk to customer service for USPS and every freaking thing is on machine and they said they can not understand what I am saying.

Like are you kidding me, NC is flooded but they did their part.Lancaster can never get their .... together.

There are over 500 million pieces of mail processed by the USPS in a days time. The mailmen, mailperson for the pc types, are supposed to use their little scanner thingie to scan the packages. They are not required to do so but generally do. Of course depending on the type of postage you purchased they may be required.

My last vape mail spent a week bouncing back and forth between 2 post offices 5 miles apart, then disappeared for 3 days. My 2 day priority package finally showed up after 12 days. I added it to the list of claims I have filed for a refund on 2 day shipping upgrades. Out of my last 9 deliveries, only one showed up on time. Most took 5 - 7 days. I'm still waiting on the PO to decide whether or not I "deserve" a refund on a 9 day "2 day" delivery from May. The only upside to the 2 day priority option is that you can see better tracking info online. It doesn't make it get there any quicker.

I can track it. But it is not updated. I dont know how NC can get it done right in midst of the flood. but lancaster has to mess it up.

Cant even file a complaint. I tried. there is no insurance.
