Thank you Imeo, I have dealt with Vassilis when Cam has been out of stock of items . . . his service and
communications were excellent, I must say.

It will be even better when he gets the CC option on his site, as my bank charges £20 for an
International Bank Transfer.

Hi Imeo, I am a bit worried about this as I was the very lucky winner of the Proteus from GG at this years UK Vapefest, can you let me know what will happen now and if I will still be getting the Proteus? I was looking forward to it so much

I think the thing I any really angry about is the timing of this, as previously mentioned a lot of people have preordered a lot of GG gear and waited patiently for 2 months and now this. I see on the e-smoker site that preorders ended 28th August.

The list of preorders must have been communicated in order for the pieces to be ordered and made. The list of orders would also include delivery details etc.

The easiest thing would be for these orders to be honoured.

This would save the hassle of hundreds of refunds and hundreds of new orders.

I am sure that Vassili is a great guy and may well be a gent to deal with, but I would be happier with a payment system that included paypal and not just the option to use cc or the others that exist there.

Waiting is the same clavit, nothing changed. I will ship at the end of October to my sellers, so if you make your preorder via Greek seller you will receive the goods at the same time that you whould received them from Cam

Thats really sad!
So the preorder parts we have prepaid and have been waiting for for two months and expected to receive sometime during october will have to be preordered via esmokeguru.
When is the expected delivery date for the new preorders?
Will we have to wait another two months?

This has been discussed earlier. Fees for international bank transfers vary from country to country.

It's very confusing to loose my preorder, but I'm confident that there will not be a problem.

Personally I will be investing my refunded money in another mod as I have had enough of playing "chase the GG".

I do rate the GG gear, the iAtty being my personal favourite rebuildable that I've come across and I've had a few now but all this carry on with in stock, out of stock, pre order, refund, pre order, to much and personally for me, I've had enough.

Shame really as I love the products but have no faith in the way the products are supplied.

Mark, thats why Imeo has gone to pre-orders so everyone can have what they want. However, we have no control over business decisions that Imeo has to make.

He is a business man and must make decisions that we know nothing about , nor is it anyones business. He will take care of everyone but sometimes things arise he has no control over but to act.

All who love GG products will certainly understand this. The only reason for GG products to be out of stock all the time in the past was because they are such great products and in high demand. Took me along time to get what I have now. My first GGTS took forever.


If this had happened to me right now - I would not worry, all GG veterans KNOW that Imeo takes care of everyone.

Mark, we are all like family here. The reason Imeo's products take a while is that we are all greedy to have his beautiful creations. If you choose not to buy a GG, we will be dissapointed to lose a friend but there is no need to make others feel bad.

Imeo is the only maker that I have found to interact every day with his customers. It is bound to be that there are some who will not appreciate the time he spends building his products and taking care of the people who buy from him.

If you are here for support and friendship, we have this to offer. If you are here to point out problems or make Imeo feel bad, I agree that you should go.

I was here to point out that I'm not happy with the situation but if this forum is just for blowing smoke up the nether regions then you are right, best that I am not here.

I've owned 3 GGTS, one stealth, 4 odys, 2 iAttys and three or four penelopes, I am a CUSTOMER!

I was on the preorder for a UFS and another GGTS.

If constructive critisism is an issue here then that IMO is a crying shame, how do you improve if all you hear are folk singing your praises all the time?

I'll say again, just in case you missed it, I really like the products, a lot but this latest fiasco is enough for me.

I posted earlier and my complaint is about the timing of this, many had preorders with Cam and had paid in good faith. The orders must have gone through to allow for the manufacture of the parts needed. Why the orders could not have been honoured and shipped before ties were cut. Now we have to get our money back and reorder from a supplier who does not take paypal and pay extra for delivery. It adds another layer of difficulty. The orders and delivery details and payments are already in place. The easiest thing would be to just send the stuff out.

I love my GG gear, but I am really angry at the way things have unfolded

to be fair, this did become our business too, the precise moment some months ago when we parted with our money for goods that are now announced not to be coming ... it is very bad practice to renege at this critical stage and i too am again very disappointed.
