I'm still amazed every day how well it's worked. My brother, who I mentioned a while back, is into a couple of weeks now I think. He never thought it would work either and my SIL is now my biggest fan. It's nice when people step out into healthier living. I wish these politicians would just come visit here for a while. We could surely change their minds. Yes, an email is not wasted but there's nothing like seeing this vamping work day in and day out, friends chatting and sharing information. It's awesome.

Well, looks like despite all my grandiose intentions, this thread might turn over in the morning with Fran and the early birds without me. Unless I get a second wind, I can barely keep my eyes open.
