Seems this kid has been uploading some vaping reviews and vape tricks videos on YouTube. I was alerted of this on another social media and we have all reported the heck out of him. YouTube has removed all but 2 of his videos. the kid says we should leave him alone because he's vaping to quit smoking, but like I told him he can't do either. I understand that it seems unfair to have to do what adults tell him to do but it's for a good reason. I started smoking at 13 years old and I wish someone would have been able to talk some sense into me. Someday when he has kids of his own he will understand. just thought I should share with you all. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXZDJqsPB4JWWSXMOmuvFoA

In Michigan there is no law saying a kid can't possess ecigs. And there is no law in Michigan that restricts sales to minors although the commonn law is nobody gives anything to any kid the parents might not approve.

If you must, notify the kid's parents. They should be the ones to decide if the kid can vape and/or make videos about it. If I had a kid who was attracted to smoking but willing to vape instead I would say, sure, vape, but you can only use dorky $15 vape pens and I'll buy them for you with one restriction, can't take it to school. But, oops, I vape and I have a Kangxin mini with temp control and fire titanium coils in an SV rda so I would be hypocritical to make the kid vape on cheap crappy ecigs. Hmmm, I'm a hypocrit.

P.S. I would let him vape my DIY liquid but only bubble gum flavor.

Why does it matter? I have more in my life to worry about that what other people are doing. Maybe if days were more than 24 hours I would have more time to try and change the world and people in it. CHEERS!
because my state wants to out law all flavored e liquids besides mint tobacco and menthol and stuff like this is a gold mine for anti vape groups that are pushing for these regulations and restrictions

Its a shame you can't wack kids anymore these days :)

Just kidding.

Fact of the matter is, kids vape. Just like kids smoke. Granted it isn't great for the image of vaping but denying it by banning YouTube clips and having a stampede of angry vapers trample the kid, isn't going to help much either.

Seriously dude?

Sorry but it's not really any of your damn business what anyone else's kid does.

Yes I do have kids...both over 21 now and one vapes and one doesn't...neither one ever smoked a cig.

What the heck ever happened to "mind your own business" anyway...

Which state are you in? There are all sorts of interest groups competing for attention. They come up with brilliant ideas like banning flavors, but the people making the decisions that matter are State legislators. So far they haven't done much except ban sale to kids which is basically pointless since most retailers won't sell to kids already and either there is no ecig possession ban or it's not enforced the same as the tobacco possession bans aren't enforced. If the FDA procrastinates long enough we're likely to have the data to show that ecigs are contributing to the accelerating decline of kid smoking. Then we'll see how many kids who vape lose interest even in that.

I think banning flavors is unlikely but I also think every vaper should put a liter of 100mg nic in the freezer ($50) even if you aren't ready for DIY. My bottle represents a 3 1/2 year supply. I sleep better.

Regulations and restrictions are going to happen no matter what. We could all be vaping ego style vape pens and flavorless and the same things would be taking place. No ones fault but politicians wanting to get their name on a bill so they can say they are doing something to change the world. Buy flavorless and add your own flavors. Could ban it and my vaping goes on un-effected. LOL CHEERS!

Exactly!

Wait. Are we referring to the OP or the kid?

I am referring to no one in specific, just in general.

The videos the child posted are something that can cause others to react negatively. Others may mind their own business. In the case where the topic gains popularity it can spread to other sources creating more disturbance.

I feel it's just one of those things that are out of our control, like a "oh well" moment. No amount of comments will change the kid's stance on his habit.

Not to say I think a discussion is a bad thing! I just feel it's a touchy subject. A young kid clearly underage vaping and posting it on the internet, the comment section on that video is great lol. He fuels the attention by not closing the comment section either, but he's just a kid. Back to what I was saying about wanting attention/ lack of discipline.

He could be the next Grimm green... way to shatter his dreams!

Seriously, kids shouldn't vape... but its the lesser of two evils if he was a smoker. Not my business, kids under 18 technically should not be drinking, smoking pot, skipping school, having sex, or damaging private property. I did all of that and then some. Now I am a 44 year old home owner with a mini van... and no wife or kids... I turned out OK... or did I?

What does he need with a van? Its just weird if you ask me?
