For all things DIY head on over to the DIY ELiquid Forum. Make sure to read all the "stickies". Also check out the blogs by ECF members Hoosier & dannyv45.

dannyv45 just posted this thread a few days ago. Wonderful information here: I've updated my recommended reading for people new to DYI. Please have a look.

For a juice mixing calculator consider using eJuiceMeUp

I don't just buy all my flavors from one flavoring company. I primarily use Flavor Arts but there are some flavors that TFA/Inawera/Capella and others do better (and better/best is subjective depending on what you like). Start out with a few recipes you want to make, research those flavors to see who does it best and then try making a few recipes.

Here are some threads you may like to read through for different flavoring companies. Many of the posts include recipes and comments about a specific flavor.

1. Flavor Arts (FA) - Pure Vapes has 3ml FlavourArt flavorings
2. The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) - The Flavor Apprentice Flavoring Thread
3. Inawera (IW) - Inawera - a few reviews
4. Hangsen - The Hangsen Thread
5. VapingZone - New Super Concentrated Flavors & New Super Concentrated Flavors - Part 2

Where is a good place to get good quality unflavored juice something in the 70/30 vg/pg area? Also a place that has really good flavor concentrates for a decent price would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Mount Baker is a good start: Unflavored E Juice - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes.

They also have a good 200ish flavorings to pick from.

For "bulk", Wizard Labs: Wizard Labs. Which may be where your juices actually started out from. Lots of the vape shops buy bulk from Wizard. You can save a truckload of money buying bulk but you have to get into diluting nic juice and that is a bit "advanced". If you're just starting DIY, go to Mt Baker (MBV). You can graduate to Wizard when you feel more confident in doing your own (also, high nic juice can be risky to muck about with so start small and move up. MBV is a great place for a new DIYer in my opinion. Also, the somewhat lazy DIYer like me. I keep meaning to order bulk from Wizard, freeze a bunch, dilute down, etc. But been busy and MBV is easy. :)
