Yes!! Really hard.... that's why I wouldn't want to give them to anyone, but the homeless idea is a good idea. I gave a trunk of recyclables one time to the homeless guy that pushed his cart by my work everyday. You would have though I gave him a Mercedes :) I also like sometimes to order a extra meal and give to some homeless people.

Holy cow. Your sister must have had a hard time getting over this event!

:) :) If I don't give myself a choice.... I think that vaping would be much harder. Just like dieting... I don't diet, but I try to make better choices.

I tried that. I heard so many talk about that last pack sitting in a drawer for months or even years and how proud they were of it gathering dust. Well, I smoked them - one here and one there - tasted terrible, but I kept smoking them - it took me a couple of months to smoke them, but I did... Everytime I went into that drawer I would see them. I should have put them under the mattress or something. Have not touched one or thought about buying any since the last one was gone. I do not see how ya'll do it - my hat is off to any that can...

Exactly. When I was a smoker, if I was running low on cigs, I would always smoke more because it made me nervous. Same thing with dieting. Go on a diet, automatically get hungry.

I kept my last few packs around for a few months, then gave them away to someone who could use the "help". But, I have also given her vaping stuff to try. A couple of weeks ago, she tried my Volt and finally decided she had found something she could stick with!

Put them in the car for an emergency. Not what you are thinking!

An emergency is when you are in a bad part of town for whatever reason. When surrounded by locals who want to strip you of your belongings say, "who wants some smokes?" Toss a few packs and then make your exit while they fight over the cigs.

This has saved my life once when stranded with a breakdown on the southside.

I like that homeless idea. I'll have to go downtown and see if I can find me some homeless smokers. Actually, that would make a great YouTube video...

Of course you realize that will attract anti-smoking trolls. I know someone who handed a pack out the window to someone in a wheelchair and got as many people lecturing her as she got people saying it was nice.

I used to make my own cigarettes soi I gave the machine to someone at work who was refusing to take it without compensating me for it, so I asked him to get me 2 disposables from the corner store.

I gave those to people at work asking me about vaping.

One guy is into it and the other guy disn't like it so he went back to smoking regulars. I tried.

I had 2 full, unopened packs in my car for 7 weeks after I switched to vaping. My mom visited a couple of weeks ago & I took them out of the console, showed them to her, then tossed them in the garbage at the gas station. I didn't need the security blanket of having them there anymore.

The sad part is where she jumped out of the car & attempted to dig through the trash for them. I had to beat her away with the window squeegee... she has smoked off and on for the past 40 years and even though she hasn't touched them since December 2011, it still panicked her to see me just throw them away. I finally got her to stop going for them by telling her that I only showed her what I was doing because I thought she'd be proud of me. That cut right to the heart, there... but it was true. She said, "oh", hung her head, apologized & got back in the car. She was just so ashamed of herself then... but I understood what she was going through. If I had quit cold turkey & didn't have vaping to turn to, I would probably react the same way. We're setting her up with a "just in case" PV now, lol.

Wish I'd thought of passing them to a homeless person though. Even if they don't smoke, they may be able to sell them or trade them for something they need.
