If indeed regulations happen that limit or stop selling nicotine on-line, would it be possible for vendors to still sell their same flavor creations just at 0 nicotine and we would add nicotine after receiving it. Just trying to prepare and wondering if I should stock up on nicotine. If so, what would i buy, mg wise, and how do I store it. It seems a logical way for them to stay in business. I welcome vendor input on this subject.

I'm personally stocking some nic in the freezer in airtight glass bottle. I'm sure if they ban the internet sales some enterprising vendor will make available a PG/VG 0nic electronically atomized room deodorizer in some of my favorites. I'm also stocking some of the manual personal vapor dispersion devices just in case.

Nic diluted in PG has a very low freezing point, much lower than your home freezer. It's not hard to keep a large supply on hand and not too expensive. I just paid $100 for 1 liter at 100mg. I dilute that further to get my 10% juice for DIY and I have a supply to make 10 liters of juice. That is roughly 7-8 years worth and if properly stored in the freezer it will last that long.

Also IF someone was to get caught with no Nic stockpiled. You can always vape 0 nic and slap a patch on to get the nic you need. Not an optimal solution but it is A SOLUTION in a bad situation.
How much do those patches cost these days? I tried 'em a whole lotta years ago and they were seriously expensive. I'm only speculating, but I would suppose that for what one would spend on a month's worth of patches would buy a few years worth of 100 mg/ml nic base.

Agreed. But if one got caught without nic it would work. Me I am at 0 nic most of the time now. the little bit (maybe once a month) I need nic to control other things I could use a patch.

Sounds like it's time to start stockpiling again, don't know why I quit. It seems to be more extensive this time with it including more than just nicotine. Rumors are that it could be anything vape related; cartridges, clearo's, replacement heads and such. This does not bode well for me since I have no clue how to rebuild and have other's dependent upon me to keep them going. Are these rumors anything to be truly worried about or am I right to be concerned?

I have yet to make my own but i would think we can still buy DIY nicotine etc in store with id for proof of age right?

Nobody can answer that question for you.

Anybody that tries to answer that question for you is simply speculating.
So it really depends on which speculation makes you feel more comfortable.

As for me, I have 10 years of nicotine base in my freezer in airtight bottles.
