I may be unfortunate but i have read enough similar pposters to know that the problem is widespread but not universal. The best explanation i have received (including from Cignot a well respect supplier) is that the wick inside the puncture tip can be too low or too loose and allow liquid to flow from the tank at too rapid a rate. This floods the atomizer and fills up the little reservoir under the plate. It then leaks slightly at the batter connector but much more importantly the leak is sucked up into the air chambers on the side of the tank and into the mouthpiece tip and then into the mouth...yuck juice in the mouth.
That totally sucks. I don't know whether to keep recommending the system or not. I haven't had a whit of trouble.
I mean, in the beginning I'd get a dry toke 1-2x a day, but that was nothing compared to sucking on burnt 510 carts for months. I'd just suck on the tank for 3-4seconds without hitting the atty button, twice. Quick sharp blow into tank, Two mouthfuls of vape out of the tank while hitting the atty button, but not inhaling, then life as usual. 20second fix.
I'm still using my TAWA atty almost exclusively (5 wks now). I've blown it out, from the tank side, gently, slowly, twice since I've had it. Every now and again I'll let the TAWA sit for 4-5hrs, put the other atty one during that time. It seems to rejuvenate things. It's wicking far better now than it was when it was new & shiny. I don't think I've had a burnt taste/dry wick burn in over a week or two now.
I'm really sorry if anyone bought on my recommendation, and had bad luck.
The thing has honestly changed my life.
I have recently ordered a MAP tank, just because... because I got an email that there were 4 in stock, and because I'm a vaper, and that's what we do
