Hey everyone. It's been 10 days now so I suppose it's time for an update on my status. Had to go to a friends wedding on the 21st which was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Not to mention that about 75% of the people there smoke. So vaping only didn't really take I'm sad to say. On the plus side though, I'm back where I was anyway about 2-6 analogs a day. So I didn't have a complete relapse. Being broke until Tuesday isn't helping much either, my wish list is screaming at me all day long.

my 1st experience among the smoking, was for a family meeting (@ a casino) smoke everywhere! We actually made it through that, ok. 2nd experience same thing, add more smokers due to weekend drawings. We did even better. We have been harassed so much by former smokers that we are trying our best to keep the anti smoking comments to ourselves. We try to remember that our method of quitting is not for everyone and that we need to keep an open mind. What we found easy, others may not.

The fact that you were able to climb back to where you were is awesome. Just make your goals and if you fall down, get right back up. It won't be long when you can't even remember why you smoked in the 1st place.

The REAL Jack Bauer...oh, never mind. Hey, analog flings happen! We know, that you know, that you really love the vape. You'll be lowering your tobacco "kill count" and increasing your vape sessions in no time. So, tell me Jack, why did your cellphone never ring when you were in really tight spots with the terrorists and how is the Bank of America gig going?

For times like what you just went through, get yourself a higher mg bottle of juice. It really helps to curve the cravings.
Just like Gomez I think that's a capital idea! I'd even add a couple of extra batts and pre-filleds to have on hand to have smokers vape with you. You've tried smoking and now it's their turn to try vaping, if just for a few minutes..lol.

Life happens Bauer, you are just not quite ready yet. As long as your are still smoking, even 1 a day you will find it almost impossible to resist grabbing a smoke at social occasions. When you do decide to jump in the water with both feet and give your body a little time (2-3 week) to detox...your ability to resist will increase 100 fold.

I know I was a shut-in for the first month, avoiding any situation that put me near smokers or drinking. I have no idea what your nic level is right now, but if you are still having 2-6 smokes a day I would go up to next level.

All things in good time....
