I do understand the frustration that many of you are experiencing, trust me I went through the same process although not as long, so I completely get it. I certainly don't want to come off as blindly defending Carlos or anyone, I just can see both sides of the coin. Of course at this point it is is a business, but please just keep in mind that it's a NEW business that is going to experience growing pains and troubles. Carlos never claimed to be a Harvard Business Grad or anything, he is just a dude working out of his garage that hit upon a great product that has been selling like beyond his wildest dreams. He is experiencing a bit of a learning curve himself on this matter, lol!
I am positive that after this fiasco that future orders will be limited to prevent such a thing but until then just try to deal with it as adults. I am waiting on mine to be returned to me for the last couple of weeks and I have yet to make a single comment or ..... about it because I KNOW that it's worth the wait to get a perfect device.
I am not involved in the politics of the ECF rules but it has been said that ECF doesn't distinguish between a manufacturer and a supplier, I strongly urge you to check the definition of those words. A manufacturer MAKES the device be it a JuiceBox or a HDTV made by Sony. A supplier sells the device or HDTV such as Totally Wicked or Best Buy. Just because you choose not to recognize the difference in the meanings of the words doesn't make ECF right.
If it's a matter of contacting Carlos he can be found all the time at Nu-Vapor.com, in fact people can contact him there and ask him about their box and he will answer. He can't answer here because he refuses to play the politics and games that ECF wants to enforce. Argue the semantics all you want but the Webster's Dictionary still defines Manufacturers and Suppliers as two different animals, this is not debatable, it's fact.
I want everyone who has an interest in the JuiceBox to be able to get one and in a timely manner. What I find lame is grown people acting out like kids at Christmas. To those that have since calmed down such as Honesty and others, thanks for that, I am sure you can see that nobody is trying to screw anyone here. It won't be too much longer. Peace.
