Updates? Rumors? News?

I have searched around and can find nothing regarding the FDA recommendations that are supposed to be released in April. Has anyone heard anything? The few vendors I have spoken with don't seem to be all that worried about it, but I don't know how informed they truly are.

But in a nutshell, from what I know, the FDA has not yet come out with any Deeming Regulations. There has been talk that it may be later than April when they do.
