I think policies do get adopted in Singapore pretty often. Very often we hear policies to "our" advantage get copied over. Some minster will usually be quoted in mainstream media citing examples of certain politics or case studies from the Swiss la or from the States la and saying that it is good for "us" and therefore they will be pushing certain policies locally. So let's hope one day, some minster will be heard over the radio saying that they will adopting this particular policy from the UK, to our advantage, though I won't be holding my breath. Cheers to health!

E social stigma applies here, imo. Evry1 frowns upon a smoker. Education is key to opening minds and if ppl out there can be convinced tt vaping is in no way, smoking, then it'll change.

And which minister, in e right frame of mind, would risk being whacked or being labelled an outcast by taking such a stand...? Tobacco tax income aside, healthcare is a multi-billion dollar industry here. They need cancer and tobacco-related diseases patients (sorry to say this) to feed the reserves.

Also, for e govt to act upon this and legalize vaping, we need e USA to give them e "go-ahead, it's good for yr govt" pat on e back..

My suggestion is, befriend an Opposition party candidate!

Guys, i have just been down to the shop to check.... They are still not sure if they will bring in pv to sell.
The guy i spoke to commented that the company is still uncertain about the e-cig policy in singapore.

And there I was thinking: " That guy's got balls!!" :D
