LOL...well, that's true. Women are costly. But I still think 86% is quite high and the online sales ban is ridiculous. How do they expect the people out in the middle of nowhere to get their vape supplies?
I mean tax where I live for cigarettes are 3 bucks a pack, so at a total of 7 bucks a pack thats around less than 50% tax. Why would you tax ecigarettes more than actual cigarettes? It's like taxing healthy food more than you would mcdonalds
Not in Utah! Internet sale of cigarettes has been banned in Utah since 2009.
But you're right, the internet ban on e-cigs would decimate the e-cig industry here. Not only would we loose the ability to buy on line, the vendors here without the ability to sell on line would have to close their doors.
emails sent...I still can't believe that they are putting electronic cigarettes under the same class as a tobacco product. My PV looks nothing like a cigarette! Anyway, *fingers crossed*
Can anyone tell me why this legislator got so in to this bill? The number of people in Utah using ecigs is so insignificant as to take these drastic proposals. Trying to get into the rational.....
