are you saying that us as ecig users, are not going to be taxed for hardware or juice? i just started listening.

Yes as of now that is my understand....I have sneaky suspicion this gets killed anyway....I thought the bigger guy from southern utah county was going to make that motion.....Im not sure how all this works but the bill has been cut so badly I think most are wondering what good is left.....only seems like garbage loopholes for future issues is left

HB372 seems like a wounded gazelle with circling lions toying around with it.

LOL "I would like to ammend the "a" in line 24, and the "the" in line 78" Amending the ammendment of the ammendment. I think they realized they would be there all night with the ammendments and would be faster to just kill it.

Congrats to Utah! This should convince the naysayers that a few determined people CAN make a HUGE difference. The sponsor of the bill even admitted our emails got attention!

We still have other states fighting the good fight and the FDA deeming regulations are coming up - we need to keep stepping up and there will be MORE wins like this! :)

(Also - now is the time to send some "thank you" emails to the Utah legislators who voted against this bill!)
