I guess in Utah they feel that if you can afford more than one wife you can afford to pay the tax :)

LOL...well, that's true. Women are costly. But I still think 86% is quite high and the online sales ban is ridiculous. How do they expect the people out in the middle of nowhere to get their vape supplies?

I mean tax where I live for cigarettes are 3 bucks a pack, so at a total of 7 bucks a pack thats around less than 50% tax. Why would you tax ecigarettes more than actual cigarettes? It's like taxing healthy food more than you would mcdonalds

they do that already in CA dude.

And I don't understand the internet ban. I can buy cheap marlboro reds online...

    Not in Utah! Internet sale of cigarettes has been banned in Utah since 2009.

    But you're right, the internet ban on e-cigs would decimate the e-cig industry here. Not only would we loose the ability to buy on line, the vendors here without the ability to sell on line would have to close their doors.
