Actually, the article itself is a pretty good one. Nice to see a positive spin for a change. There is no doubt that there sill be taxes and the restrictions listed are a good thing, in my humble opinion. If that is all they are going for, I'm for it. Good luck and have fun!

And bans on sweet flavors AND internet sales. That will be putting a lot of people out of business, not to mention making buying the products difficult for many people who don't happen to have a B & M down the street

"Although the FDA has not announced its plans, it is widely expected that the proposed regulations will include bans on online sales and sweet flavors. The new regulations will likely also open the door for increased prices on e-cigarettes due to taxation as tobacco products. These proposed regulations have been in the works since at least mid-2012."

In your humble opinion banning online sales and whatever the government determines to be a "sweet flavor" is a good thing??

No one wants to market to minors. The only time that someone under 18 should have a vaporizer is if they were already hooked on cigarettes and they have their parents permission to use the ecig as an alternative to smoking. I know I started smoking when I was 13 or 14 so its not unheard of that there are addicted minors that could be helped with with these devices.

Ya it is unfortunately all about the money. Politicians will always take the free "for the children" controversy boost to visibility and the associated funding that it garners for them. Even if they made it out right death sentence illegal it wouldn't affect the politicians that vape so nothing for them to Lose but screwing us...

YAY us.. everytime I think I will be ok with ecigs I find more that scares the hell outta me :(

It's not the U.S. attorney general. This just another article about the letter sent to the FDA that was signed by about 12 STATE attorney Generals.

Well it would be quite easy for me to misread something at the moment I've been up for 49 and a half hours straight so far and probably won't get to go to bed for another 7 hours. Having medical issues atmosphere.

I do the same thing myself.
Sorry about your medical issues. Get some rest.
