That's the way it is intended to be.
I have a feeling they will regret this for a lot of different reasons.

What I'm saying is, even discounting the USPS / FedEx / UPS, the burden placed on small to mid-size Companies is quite cost prohibitive ..

If Amazon had had to abide by these rules when Bezo's started it, there would be no Amazon ..

And it's not just the cost of operations and capital. It's the legal costs and risks.
Both the company AND the delivery driver risk hefty fines if it is revealed they delivered a package to a minor or otherwise not following the law.

There is only one realistic solution and I have said it before...

The firearms model. buy online, ship to local dealer for age verification and pickup. Or at least something similar.

Yes, that's true .. but any firearms dealer sitting in a B&M does not like that model, and, I've never known any that will do it for free .. it's pretty much a source of income ..

I'd have to guess any vape shop / tobacco shop would treat it the same way ..

Maybe Grubhub and DoorDash need to add to their repertoire .. :p

Well of course and of course. No one's gonna gonna do anything for free. But this would be different than FFL because the vape dealer gets to put a markup on the product or charge a service fee. That would be profitable unlike the FFL model.

With a few of the larger domestic vape wholesalers joining in on this effort, it could work an dis a far more realistic option than starting up a common carrier.

So long as UPS and FedEx are willing to deliver vape B2B, it is the only viable solution.

But it has to be a joint effort between B&Ms and the wholesalers.

HOWEVER, I don't think anyone will bother until after September until we see what PMTA thing is gonna be like. But still, far less of a capital risk than starting a common carrier.

I've been prepared for several years now. The 3 liters of 100mg nic in the freezer is still water clear in glass bottles. Really, other than atomizers and coil wire, that's the only component that isn't a common item that most people use daily. Cotton, PG and VG, and coil wire will be for sale indefinitely since they are multi-use items. Mods and maybe a few breakable parts to replace if you drop one and crack the glass would be a smart move.

I have spare mods in OEM boxes and a number of tanks. I've used SS316 Kayfun Lite V2's for many years and they keep on working. I suppose after years of use the threads might wear out, but I have bags of spare o-rings, a few glass and plastic center sections, and the rest is going to be available (cotton and coil wire).

Stevens Wholesale and MVS claim the USPS mail ban is going into effect the last week of March. SW says March 31 and MVS says March 26 or earlier.

Does anyone know where they are getting this information?

Vape Shipping and the PACT Act: What We Know So Far - Vaping360

"On Feb. 19, USPS published its proposed rule, titled “Treatment of E-Cigarettes in the Mail,” in the Federal Register, and provided a 31-day window for public comment (which ends March 22). The final rule will take effect soon after publication—on March 27, according to Tobacco Reporter. That is the same date the PACT Act rules will become law. "

Dates keep being thrown out there ...one thing that seems to be a consensus is most everyone will stop shipping last week of March.

Well, phooey. I hope she can find one, or at least have one be invisible and float through the system. I hadn't realized things like that had become so scarce because I'd been stocked for so long I haven't been looking for anything. Usually once I start looking at things I find something else I just have to have (you know the drill, you've been here long enough).

I'm sorry, joining the convo late and all, I may be misreading the last few posts. Is someone looking for a coiling tool? Wire Optim has some available. The code LV15 usually works for an extra 15% off.. I have one and it works rather well...

You sure that message did not come from China .. ??

The response seems fitting for a person with a public high school education. That is the best that the teachers can do with $9,500 per student, at $80,000 per instructor, for 9 months.

I don't see what his has to do with t Pact Act. UPS & Fedex always had a restrictions on tobacco products since about 2016. And the New York vape ban has nothing to do with the pact act.

Most of my pending FT orders looks okay so far (knock on wood), with ETAs getting smaller (1-2days and some "ready"), except one... it changed from ETA 5-7days iirc, to a whopping 17days or 3/26 shipment, lol (meh... what else is new with FT).

Might have to cancel that particular item, to have the others shipped asap.

It is 'ELeaf MELO 3 Mini Clearomizer Replacement Glass Tank' ...any US vendors have these for a decent price?

It was juice-making day yesterday.
So, as others have recently mentioned/suggested... I’m gonna try out a lower nic level and also try “no flavor.”

I’ve been a 3mg user for 5years (I originally started w 6mg, but only for a month or two... then went straight to 3mg). So, gonna try lowering and cutting my mg in half, down to 1.5mg.
If it’s too weak, I can always easily add more.

Also, I know flavors aren’t banned (yet), but want to know what “no flavors” is like, if things got really ugly in the future.
