Problem is, it's hard to find Coil Master or any other similar coilers in the USA anyway. I have been looking for a while now for a US source and only come across the UD coiler which I don't recommend due to it's offset design (may not work well for someone with RA). Well, phooey. I hope she can find one, or at least have one be invisible and float through the system. I hadn't realized things like that had become so scarce because I'd been stocked for so long I haven't been looking for anything. Usually once I start looking at things I find something else I just have to have (you know the drill, you've been here long enough).

I'm sure there's a smaller US site that has some, but those are had to find because they don't rank in the Search Engines very well or at all.

Well whaddayaknow, elementvape (USA) has some in stock. 2x the price of FT though and after shipping will cost as much as coil master's price.

Everything I have seen they are NOT nationwide. Trying to remember where I read a write up (Thinking it was on the vaping 360 site but I could be wrong). They are either regional or only to certain major cities. Which leaves people like me who live in a small town SOL.

At this point, the PN is worse than the RA but the two of them together is the pits.
If all else fails and this stuff starts disappearing, I have some Eyeglass screwdrivers that I could possibly use to wind coils with.
Might that work?
It just occurred to me, I need to get a backup Ohm Meter with a 510 connection - I have one but its one of those el cheapo ones that I got back in the day.
I swear man, pox on Congress for doing this....

On the Coil kit. Have patience with yourself it does take some practice. Hit youtube there are many videos on how to use them. I also have some serious arthritis and this thing is a godsend.

See what shipping is. Sometimes shipping from the 3rd party sellers on Walmart is outrageous. But I haven't bought anything from Walmart.com in ages.

Nice find. I always forget about them since they changed their name (used to be lightningvapes). Reasonable shipping too. $3.93

And yes, that seems to be the same design as the coilmaster. No silly offset like the UD.

After shipping stops I was thinking about how to help others in the future, or at least the near pre PMTA future. A chain of regional tobacco shops carries equipment and some decent brands of liquid. At least in the near term I have someplace to point others toward should the need arise.

I expect tobacco shops to be a source for some time, even if many vape B&M shops close. They have the licenses and a primary revenue source to carry the business.

Our first vape kit was bought at a tobacco shop over 10 years ago. Ironic and sad if people have to dance with the devil to get their vapes.

We got our first gear at a local Head Shop, before there were any vape shops around here. Just one display cabinet back behind the bongs. They didn't have much, just Egos and tiny bottles of Chinese juice. Maybe they would help us out as well.

Bought my fist setup (cigalike) at a cigarettes/head shop/RYO/Lottery tickets shop. Fifty-One Trio, I believe it was called. It sucked but was good enough to get me to research better options, which at the time were very limited locally.

Incidentally that's what got me here to ECF.

Call it the skeptic in me, but I just find it hard to believe that any legit outfit on any scale at all, is going to piece together a consumer delivery model for any sort of wide coverage ..

Just as a reminder, here is a re-cap of the rule sheet ::
