The vape ban I think is a combination of all things. It's the fake THC carts sold in illegal marijuana states, JUUL selling flavored 50mg pods that are way too strong for normal smokers and attracts kids, and the vaping community making vaping a brandishing thing when it should be an alternative to smoking and simple.
So I can still get a vape in a 7Eleven or convenient store as a last resort at best? Those shipments have to be by truck or sales representative right?

so any known vape company trying to ship to a non-business address, their mail will be rejected
you can still go into any local vape shop or gas stations, etc and buy stuff but you can't have it shipped to you.

Thank you. I live in New Jersey. Can't vape flavored e-juice other than hit or miss tobacco flavor, but I can soon probably vape THC.

Addictions in all forms are all related in psychoactive properties. Nicotine can easily compliment any other drug or be a substitute in quiting alcohol or drugs. Nicotine and caffeine are the safe way of saying you are sober, but you are still addicted to a drug.
As far as I know they will continue to attempt a redelivery, but I will try and get a firm answer as to how many times etc, it should all be trackable through their portal.
Let's not forget that Businesses and vape shops may have nothing to sell in September if the FDA does not approve any PMTAs. That is when the grace period runs out.

And are we sure B2B shipping will still be allowable with the major shippers? Wasn't there some doubt about exemption filing with USPS? Trying to keep track is like hearing cats anymore...

I don't know because NicotineRiver (RiverSupplyCo's wholesale site), which is strictly B2B now as far as I can tell, has a 50lb minimum order only becuase they are shipping LTL only. I don't think UPS/FedEx are taking any vape related items from anyone, b2b or b2c. But I don't really know.

Well isn't this just wonderful (yes, I'm being sarcastic!) My Direct Vapor order finally shows as "complete" and shipped. I thought it said USPS first class standard shipping but I checked the tracking number and it shows "Xparse Ground (OLX)"... so who knows when/if I will get it. This sucks. I'm in no hurry and home most days... will update when I get it.
Well I just check and it says "Priority USA (2-4 Business Days)" so one would think that meant USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Business Days), but I guess now they have and excuse should one complain because they don't say "USPS".
A couple of quick searches on google and I can't find out who this Xparse OLX shipper is.

I ordered from Direct Vapor on Tuesday, paid the 10 clams for express shipping, and got it the next day.
I got the wrong stuff, but I got it. Let's just say that the order was close to what I ordered... like they reached into a box of stuff that looked similar, and grabbed three of them, threw them in an express shipping envelope, and PoOf! at my door in less than 24 hours.
Crazy.
I'm just going to consider myself lucky compared to the seemingly random folks who were blessed with "Meh Shipping Incorporated" as their carrier.
I actually liked what I got, so there's that...

Large FT order arrived today. 2 FT orders (coils) are due to be delivered USPS tomorrow. One FT shipment just cleared customs. 3 MIA (the airline has departed - whatever that means). X is still giving me the daily scooch.
I'm still waiting on my second Sourcemore order which I could've walked to Grand Prairie and got by now. 4px tracking says tendered for delivery 0n 4/29, yet USPS hasn't updated their site since 4/23 and says waiting on item for shipment. I dont expect USPS to update their site until after delivery though. I'm expecting delivery any day now. My third FT package is still on the slow boat from China. I did get something in the mail today, my 18650 batteries, from Li-ion. Those are still being delivered like normal.
I ordered a couple Pico 25's from Sourcemore on the April 23, and they were delivered today. Not bad.
