hey Tescela thanks for all the input. my passthroughs do work with the charger plug for the kennsington . Both puresmokers and my other ones.
guess i'll be using that when using puresmokers passthrough and watching t.v. . I do like to take the kennsington with me when out and about using my smaller manual passthroughs. the puresmokers passthrough is a little big to take out with me. cant tuck the wire into a pocket like with the other ones i have.

thanks for the input StratOvation. I took out the box my kennsington came in and it says on the side that the output is 1.00A max, input 1.5max. I've only had it for a little over a month. you said in your reply that yours outputs 1.5A max.

my model number is K38021. Could you please post which model yours happens to be. Tescela could you also please post which model yours is too.
thanks for all your help

I think some of thier packaging may have been printed wrong? Check the back of your K38021 device for ratings... Mine reads the same as thier website Portable Power Pack for Mobile Devices - K38021US - Kensington 5VDC 1.00A inupt, 5VDC 1.5A output.:)

Hi Strat! You are on to something: the back of mine say 1.0A Input and 1.5A Output, too! I checked, and Kensington's website confirmed that what the back of the unit shows the right specs.

The interesting thing is: I can't tell any difference when vaping directly from the Kensington vs. with the Kensington USB Wall Plug. Any idea why that would be the case?

Hi T,

My initial guess would be that the amperage correlates to the atty used and the resistance accross the circuit will vary with differing attys and thier "Condition".
In other words...If you have a newer atty (w/low resistance and max amp draw is ~ 900ma) you will not notice a difference when alternating between a 1000ma and a 1500ma source due to the max draw being less than both sources are capable of.
However, You will notice more difference with an older, or dirty atty that might be drawing 1300ma when used on the same 2 supplies.
But since I don't have access to an amprobe... I have no way of verifying this theroy.
