Hey folks!

I bought an Intellicharger i2 from the UK, but they brought me a non-EU cable (three big squared pins instead of two round ones), meaning it doesn't fit in my wall.

However, I have an "old" TrustFire TR-001 (white) which I'm replacing with the i2, and the plug that comes with that one perfectly fits the i2. I read the input specs on both chargers and they both say "100-240V 50/60Hz". The only difference is that on the i2 it also days 8W, but on the Trustfire I can't see any mentions of that on the back of the charger. Probably they just forgot to put it there, but I figure both cables should work the same.

I haven't plugged it in to the wall yet, because I wanna make sure I don't do anything stupid here. I could order a new cable from UK but that would probably take at least a week, especially with the weekend coming up.

Can I use the Trustfire TR-001 AC wall-plug with the Nitecore i2? Everything fits.

vape on!

the charger is usable for a range of wall voltage of 100 - 240V at 50 - 60 Hz the charger will draw 8 watts of power from the wall socket.
The question to ponder is What is the voltage used in your country and what is the Hz? if it is in the range of what stated on the charger than it will function. the original cord seems to have a ground lead and the new one is missing the ground lead. Does the part that plugs into the charger look the same on both units? If it does and fits, it will work.

Check the pin out on the adapters. It should look like a Capital C with a dot inside, lines coming off to the left and right, one from the 'C' and one from the dot. They'll be labeled + or - ; They need to match, so if one is center positive, the other needs to be center positive as well. They're both 2 bay 500mAmp chargers, so I think the Trustfire AC plug can supply the i2. Just be aware that you may be reversing the current through the i2 charger and possibly damaging it if you can't find the center pin specs.
