coffee and vaping... this is one of the spots I used to enjoy a break and a smoke during the work day. The vape is just as satisfying and (goes without saying) healthier.

When I was gearing up to quit smoking and replace it with vaping, one of biggest stress points was, What am I going to do with my coffee?

The first few days I found myself naturally reaching for my pack, pausing, then remembering, Oh Yeah, I vape now, and reaching for my mod instead.

As it turns out, vaping has been a great replacement with my coffee and I can do it indoors.

That is a beautiful view but darn it must be cold!!! I hope your car has heated seats!

Soft top Jeep. No heated seats! lol...embrace your inner snowman.
I usually have two dogs huddled up beside me and the heater works great so it's actually pretty nice.

For the history buffs: this place is where this took place- Expulsion of the Acadians - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Lots of folks from here ended up in Louisiana. ('cajuns)

same view.

Anyways... enough of that. Croak: you miss Tims coffee? I can send ya down a can of that stuff to put in a coffee maker if you want. It's almost the same. Minus the frost bite.

Habits. Routine. It's tough getting past that. Those things are hand in hand with the addiction.

We vape now. Right on.

I lived in downtown Vancouver for 8 years, across the street from a Tim's/Esso, so I was there pretty much every morning for a large double double and a honey cruller, enjoying it as I walked past the 25 (or 50) Starbucks and Blenz espresso joints on my way to work 1.5 km away. Then moved to Malta for two years, where nobody really understands brewed coffee, it's all espresso-based. Just got back to the US in September, and while it's not bad, Krispy Kreme crullers and coffee don't seem to match up. :)

And after being in Mediterranean and now the Gulf of Mexico climates, I even miss the frostbite, or at least as much as you'd get in coastal BC. :)

Though it has been raining and gloomy and 10c here for most of the week, felt like I was back in Vancouver in the Spring. Almost. :)

If anyone is interested in combining the coffee and tobacco flavors, I started mixing this: (it's great!!)

INW Cappucino 2%
INW Coffee Tobacco 3%
INW Virginia Tobacco Absolute 3%
CAP Sweet Cream 6%
CAP Hazelnut v2 3%
TFA French Vanilla Creme 2%
TFA Milk Chocolate 3%

Nice coffee flavor too ? not stinkin up the jeep anymore ?

Cafe mocha from a local Fair Trade roaster. I don't get the fancy stuff often but it's a Friday.
Happy to report the Jeep is smoke stink free. Ashtray is full of change. It smells like Beagle and vapor in there now.

Those of you who quit recently: our cars aren't as dirty with ashes anymore. I won't miss that either.
