Using A USB Wall Charger...

My battery's box suggests... "Input: DC 5.0 V; Output: 4.2/5.0 V---420mA"
I have a usb adapter that plugs into an outlet. For the output it reads... "5.0 V---500mA."
I'm uncertain if I should use the charger I have because the mA rating is 500, when my box says 420. YET, the voltage is the same? What should I do?
For technical reasons that may be important, I have a Spinner 3 510/eGo 1600mAh USB Passthrough. It's not a Vision product but a really good knock-off. Also, since it is a passthrough, will it not be charging if I'm vaping while it's plugged in? I heard that somewhere. Last last last thing, I have a little retractable usb cable for it. I plan on vaping in my car using the cigarette plug adapter (passthrough vaping). Is this safe? Thanks a million.

As long as the voltage is correct, it will be fine. Current (mA) is 'drawn', as in the device plugged in will only pull as many amps as it needs. This is the reason that your wall plug can run a 1500 watt space heater, but also a 3 watt night light with no issues. The big thing is that your wall plug charger is rated the same or higher mA than your battery needs. If it's rated lower, charging will be sloooow, and the charger might overheat trying to keep up.
As for the pass-through, when you're actually vaping, it will be charging - maybe less so when you're actually pushing the button, but definitely in between hits, it'll be charging. As long as you're using decent chargers/adapters/cables (IE properly UL certified, etc.) everything should be just fine.

The 500mA output of the wall adapter is the maximum it will put out. Yes it is fine to use it; it's just the 5 volts that counts; a low mA output would mean it would take longer to charge and vice versa.

It's ok to take an occasional toke on your passthrough battery while it's plugged in but when you do press the button, it probably stops charging for those few seconds.
